Southwest Self Storage

I’ve never had a need to use a storage unit in the past but Southwest Self-​Storage made the whole process simple. The unit was just the right size. And was clean and bright. The facility was well lit and secure. And the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Southwest Self-​Storage will not disappoint.

Not that having to store things is a pleasure, but working with Southwest Self-​Storage made it not so painful.
The facility is nice and new, and I was the first to use my climate controlled unit. The manager at the location was very helpful in explaining the doors, locks, payments, etc. My complaint there is that they didn’t tell me in advance that they have a truck available for your use on the day your storage starts. That would have been so helpful!
The units are clean and the building overall is well kept. They have a variety of sizes and if you call at the right time, you may be able to get a special price (as I did). One thing you should double check when you sign up is the term — I believe they advertise as 30 days, but if you are renting in February (like me), you may not get all 30 days that you pay for. Just make sure to discuss this up front with them. I definitely recommend this location if you ever have storage needs in Southwest Allen.
