Staples the Office Superstore

We frequent Staples regularly for all our business supply needs, however, their copy and print has me sorely disappointed. Inevitably when I send something through online to pick up it’s very rarely ready, not the right quantity and very poor color. Most recently we needed one small item. The confirmation email says it will be ready in as little as 4 hrs. I sent it through around 6p and waited till the following day around 1p and called to make sure it was ready. I was told it would not be ready until the next evening. When I asked how that can be since I’m paying more for same day pick up, she told me to take that up with corporate and there was nothing she could do for me. Couldn’t or wouldn’t? So I’ll order from Vistaprint, since that’s who’s software they use anyways, and find another office supplier who has better customer service.

It’s a staples, not much else to say there.
However Stacy in their copy center is FANTASTIC. She has made all kinds of wonderful creations for me and the price has always been fantastic!
