Starbucks in the mall. Service is miserable. Just no. Pour over tasted good. Dirty and sticky tables. Overpriced for such poor, unfriendly service.

During my most recent visit to Ft. Wayne, this location became my location of choice.
During each of the 3 – 4 visits, I was assisted by different employees each time. The service was friendly, quick and accurate. I usually go to a different location but I’m glad that I «found» this one.

Only one in the Fort Wayne Area to stay open till 10:30pm on a weekday. Staff was amazing when the person I was with on accident dropped their drink the staff had another one made and waiting. Great Service with a smile. Will make this one of my regular starbucks to visit
