Scheduled an appt. for a brow wax on a Saturday for the following Tuesday. Got to the salon a few minutes early and waited almost 25 minutes past the appt. time before getting the brow wax done. The hairdresser/​clinician apologized for being late. Once she started the brow wax, she seemed very rushed to get through it because she was still working on someone else’s hair color, which was the reason she was late to begin with. It took not even 10 minutes to do it and I felt like I was just worked in and not enough time was given towards my appointment. I’m not sure if I’d go back or not.

My daughter’s prom hair and make up fell through at the last minute. Tangles not only got my daughter in for an emergency appointment, despite the fact that we have never been there before, but they did everything for an amazingly reasonable price. I’ll go back because they saved my daughter’s special day.
