Not happy one bit with this company and may never recommend them also. I made an appointment for my hair to be cut a few days before my wedding then cancelled and said they could do it the day after. «Really?» I even told them I needed it done for my wedding day. The no just go in today at 9:05 and the lady said she don’t open till 2. Hello, you have someone cutting hair in the back right now. The. When I google you it also said you are open at 9 am. If call this unfair business. I even have a gift card to use here.
Very disappointed at this place. Susie Beer is NOT a fair business person and needs to be sued, just for what was done this morning. It’s called discrimination if you don’t cut a guys hair and say you don’t open till 2 but have a lady in a chair getting hair done at 9 am when I walk in.

There are 3 businesses (spa, salon, and barber lounge) in this one location. Joe is the barber for the lounge and is a great guy.
In addition to the information provided by the other reviews, you get 1 free haircut after 3 – 4 visits if he punches a hole from his business card. Free military cuts on Mondays I believe.
I think the price is a bit high for Fort Wayne but it evens out due to the free cut after a few visits and also the quality of the cut.

I am extremely appreciative of places that want to do things the right way. Not places that take shortcuts and have no pride in what they are doing. Joe spent the most time on my hair than any other haircut I’ve had in my life, and it showed. It really is a breath of fresh air when someone is concerned about what you think and want to make you leave feeling great about how you look. The barber shop itself is nice and he’s got his ipad playing pandora in the background, and you actually have a good conversation. I could tell he made an effort to remember my name, and for all of the above I will be returning when I can. Thank you Joe.

Joe is a great barber. His Military Monday’s is an amazing deal for all active, retired, and reserve military personnel offering one free haircut per person. A super way to show appreciation. Thanks Joe.

Get your hair cut by their stylist Jami! She is awesome. The place is just another typical salon, but a good stylist makes it worth it!
Weird thing: They do not accept American Express.
