Terrible customer service! First, I never received a single email regarding the order I placed on their website: No order confirmation, no notice of it shipping, nothing. When I emailed them to find out if it had shipped, they emailed the order number but nothing else. I had to email two more times before anyone would actually send me a copy of my order. Then, I needed to return an item on the order and was very disappointed to find out that, unless the item is defective, they only refund 80% of your money. Period. That’s their policy: 80%, take it or leave it. Definitely NOT a good company to order from!
