ONLINE order: returned a shipment which was the incorrect item to begin with. They sent a replacement right away. The problem is this. They sent an email they rec’d my return on 1÷11÷16. On 2÷1÷16 they charged my account AGAIN for $ 85 because they say they didn’t get the return. They are taking care of it after a long phone call. Seriously? Why can’t people just get their jobs done correctly and not have errors that cause people grief? Uhg!
