When we started bringing the dogs there last year it was because of convenience. We got same day appts for 3 dogs. The services were tolerable for the convenience. The price is comparable to Pooch Parlor but the service is nothing close. I picked up my dogs today from Waynedale and it is clearly a never again place. The cocker cut is pathetic and i don’t think any dog was bathed but only sprayed off with water. They don’t feel clean and they don’t smell clean.
