I’m amazed with this apartment complex. Have had a couple of issues since I moved in. Nothing huge wear and tear on things. I submitted a few requests last night. I just got a call they told me what they’ve done so far and when I should expect things to be fixed. I’m just amazed that in less than 24 hours of submitting these requests I have received feed back and a plan and action are set into motion with a targeted date for the outcome. 1) they’ve been nothing but GREAT on their customer service. 2) for them to call me is absolutely amazing! 3) I am just wowed at this place. The beautiful grounds, great staff, and super safe area. If you’re looking for a place to live kiddos I would look at willows of Coventry.
