I didn’t like how I was treated. You were my choice because I love to support other veterans. But it seems like the people there don’t know that there is no «by appointment only» in their website before potential customers decide to give them business. You could’ve made the effort and ask me for my cell phone number at least to get me a quote. and please stop saying, «This a private business and you cannot just show up» That is not good business.
