Costco had this company come fix my 60″ LCD. I agree with the other positive reviews. They showed up on time, were prepared, courteous, very professional and finished the repair quickly. You would be surprised how rare it is for a tv repaired service to deserve 5 stars. There are so many terrible tv repair places in the metroplex. These guys deserve 5+ stars.

I can’t say enough good things about A-​AAA TV Service! The business is very professional, courteous and prompt, and a model for others to emulate.
On May 21, 2015, A-​AAA TV Service was contracted by Samsung, my flat panel manufacturer, to perform warranty work on my plasma flat panel. I received a call from Mark, the owner, shortly after the dispatch. He offered an after hours appointment for May 26, 2015. Mark, and Shawn, another associate, came by my house at the agreed time. I even received a courtesy call before Mark and Shawn came. They determined that the panel was experiencing diffusion, and that the panel needed to be replaced. Mark and Shawn quoted me a turnaround time of up to a week. On May 29, 2015, Mark called to let me know that they received a replacement panel, and scheduled an appointment for June 2, 2015. I received a phone call a day before the appointment, indicating they had a same day opening. I really appreciated the offer, and was able to move around my schedule to accommodate them. The panel replacement was done on the spot, and took about 30 minutes. They verified everything was working before leaving.
This was a great experience, and if I have any other issues with my flat panel, I will ask Samsung send A-​AAA TV Service back. I will also recommend them to anyone who needs TV repair

What a joy to work with a company that has technicians that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on time! The dispatcher promised the technicians would call when they were on their way and they called when they were 15 minutes away, arriving at 3:30 for a 3:00 to 5:00 time range appointment. The two technicians were very polite and worked quickly. I can’t speak to price because this was a Samsung warranty repair. But, I would definately recommend this TV repair company.
