They did exactly as advertised without issues. I was outside of the delivery area so they assisted loading it into my van and even loaned me a dolly so I didn’t kill myself unloading it. The instructions were clear and no equipment issues although since I was so far away they gave me a spare fan just in case.

The owner does not care about giving good customer service, even if you are a repeat/​loyal customer. I called to express my dissatisfaction with a horrible bounce house they left us. They put it right next to our cement retaining wall — this was very dangerous. It wouldn’t bounce nor stay blown up. It was almost tipping over when the kids went to the top of the slide. It was a limp, lifeless 5 in 1 combo. My kids were so disappointed! Money wasted. I will never rent from them again. They are not interested in making it right, they blamed it on MY ELECTRICITY AND/​OR OUTLET! Although it’s the same outlet we’ve used in the past for several jump houses that have been a success!

I rented my daughter a bounce house for her birthday it was awesome!
These guys are great. The price was amazing! We did save money by going to pick up the bounce house and setting up ourselves, but totaly worth the drive and muscle.
I recommend the Sponge Bob wet/​dry combo especially for kids under 10… but believe me i think the parents had more fun than the kids.
Also they have a location in DeSoto! Took us 15 min. to get there, we paid $ 150 and we picked up the 400lb bounce house at 8:30am they allow you to keep it till 9am the next morning.
If you decide to do the set up of the bounce house by yourself i recommend you have at least six strong men to help! We managed with 4 but would have been easier with 6.
