I was very happy with the maintenance agreement program where they come out so many times a year just to check that everything is working correctly. Before it got cold they were out checking the furnace and replacing the filter. I did not have to go to the store buy a filter, find a ladder, climb up to the unit and try to replace it on my own, they did it all for me…
