All Stop Movers

We contacted Kenneth on Friday, May 30, 2014, from this company via a posting on Craigslist, Fort Worth. We made an agreement for him to assist us the next day around noon with transporting a couple of items: a footed cast iron tub we bought at a yard sale about a quarter mile from us to our house, and an adjustable bed from our house to another three blocks a way. We called the next morning (Saturday) to confirm and give him the address of where to meet us. He said he would call when he was on his way. By 1:30 we began trying to contact him — calling and texting. He would not respond so we spent several hours trying to find another source through the phone book and the internet. Everyone was either booked, too expensive, or a bad number.
This is NOT how to do business. If he was unable to fulfill his commitment he should have had the courtesy of calling to say so. That would have freed us up to do something else with our day. He not only left us hanging but the people where we were to pick up the tub as well.
This company is unreliable and I would highly recommend that you seek another company to help with your moving needs.
