Bought my first Ram truck with this dealership. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Worst place for service. Service advisers lie to you. All they are out for is your money. They want you to come back many times

I do not recommend this place at all, I was interested in buying a 2015 Chrysler limited for $ 25xxx I called about 10am by the time I get their 1 hour n half it was supposedly sold. The sales man was trying to get me in a different vehicle I did not wanted so I left. 5 days later I see the same add on auto trader same car same vin number of course I was very upset I called was told the car was their someone was going hold this car for me long story short in order to purchase this car their was some requirements if I was in the military if not the car cost $ 32xxx. I would never recommend this palace to anyone yes they sure will give you more money for your trade in but they are not going to lower the car at all and try to add extra trade money some how in paper work

I have bought four vehicles from this dealership. Kevin has always been great. Unfortunately, the service department is horrible. I ran over a rock in the road across the highway from the dealership and called for a possible courtesy shuttle. Tow truck said they were backed up and it would be 4 hours. Service department flat out refused to drive across the highway and get us. My six year old daughter and I were left there for six hours.
I recently had a perform service light come on after changing both battery’s in my 2012 ram 3500. Out of caution I went to Allen Samuels of Alliance, since it is the closest. After waiting in line I asked the service guy what error code it was showing him. He has already plugged it in, and told me it would be $ 125 to tell me the code. I asked why, he said because that is diagnosing the vehicle. They don’t work for free. Really, I was just curious about the code. He then started prepping me for a huge bill. Service salesman informs me they have had a problem with oil leaking into components, causing a huge clean up and ruining electrical parts. This would be several thousand dollars to fix. I own a business, if we did customers like this we wouldn’t be in business. How do the scam artist keep their jobs. Still haven’t found the problem or a good reviewed service department.

Big dealership. Good amount of vehicles to choose from and that’s about where the one star comes from.
Decided to shop without my husband. The salesman decided it was in his best interest to talk down to me and then ask if I was the decision maker. Ah yes. I am.
I gave him specifics of what I wanted. But instead of showing me a rubicon or Sahara like I asked, he showed me a sport. Um… Not what I asked for. He showed me the girly features. I’m buying a jeep wrangler, by myself, pretty sure I got it.
He asked me what I wanted for a car payment… I told him: under $ 400 a month. After the test drive, I decided to get numbers on the car. He came back with a piece of paper that absurd numbers on it… First, my trade in was valued way too low. Second, the car payments were over &1,200. Sure. I’ll pay $ 1,200 a month for 60 months for a jeep wrangler. No. No I won’t.
The sales guy tried to use the hurt puppy look and act «what did I do wrong?» You gave me ridiculous numbers. He tried high pressure… When that didn’t work, he brought his finance manager over.
My trade has been valued at at $ 15,500 at two dealerships. I’m not taking $ 11,000 for it, no way. I just haven’t been able to find exactly what I want and am in no hurry.
The finance manager told me to go shop at car max and to have a good day. Well okay then. Won’t be back. Won’t suggest anyone to go to this dealership. Oh and I got to take a survey today where I voiced how displeased I was… A Unilocal review might not do anything but hopefully both the survey and this review will

Very impressed on how big dealership is not to mention how clean the place is. Will be coming here for service!!!

My husband and I went to Allen Samuels to look at Jeeps after a horrible experience at the North Richland Hills location. While the salesman was great, the pricing for the jeeps were not accurately reflected. When looking, we found a couple that we really liked and after test driving we found out that the tires and wheels were an upgrade and would add to the cost up to $ 10,000. When I am shopping for a vehicle, I like to know what the price is BEFORE I test drive. When asked what the bottom dollar was on the jeep, we were told the sticker price and there was no discounts or rebates. In reality, when we went on to the website, there were some rebates or «customer cash» as well as military discounts and recent graduate discounts. After the salesman was told that we would think about it, he said that once he put in our information into their system that the Sales Manager would be calling us to discuss and see if a deal can be made. Six days later, we have heard nothing from anyone. I really hate getting the run around.
