My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and it was great. We checked in later that evening and the staff was prompt and nice. Our room as spotless, the bathroom was clean with fresh towels. The room even smelled cleaned. The a/c worked great and kept the room cold for us during the Texas heat, and the ice machine produced clear ice perfect for our dr. Peppers. When we come to Fort Worth we will be booking with them again.

Not a bad place, friendly staff, clean room, remote doesn’t work in 116 :(and there are giant crickets! They will live through the night if they stay out of my bed. 2 stars just because of price and friendly staff! Kill these bugs and it’s a 4 star place

If I could I would give this place a zero. The minute we walk in the door it smelled of mold and cheap cleaner. After a quick look around we noticed the tub was not cleaned. So with that quick glance we were in a hurry to get to a event so we unloaded our car and left only to get back later in the night and look a little more thorough the toilet had dried piss all around it. The mini fridge had food left over in the top fridge everything had a thick layer of dust. My girl could not find another room for the night so we bought our own cleaning products and cleaned it properly so we could feel comfortable for the night. Checked out at dawn the next morning. Hands down the SHITTIEST hotel ever!

Not the nicer of motels… chair dirty and torn. moldy wall in bathroom and around tub. Remote not working. No coffee maker in room. Host was pleasant but said it was a really nice room… I would disagree. Will try to find a better room for next weekend getaway.

Even though my online reservation clearly listed the number of people in the room, they still charged me extra when we checked in because we had more than 2 in the party. That’s in addition to the $ 3 they charge for online reservations. The room was ok but pretty minimum. It’s really a motel with liquid soap dispensers fixed to the wall, REALLY small and rough towels, very thin blankets and minimum amount of pillows. You get the picture. We had some loud neighbors in and out of their rooms late at night, but once they calmed down it was quiet enough until about 6am. The free breakfast is by far the worst I have ever seen. The sliced bread and prepackaged biscuits looked so old they could be mistaken as plastic display pieces. The prepackaged muffins look so unappetizing that my kid who usually loves pastries didn’t even want one. And who put out sliced bread without providing a toaster, or butter or jam??? They had things that resembles gravy and scrambled eggs. The gravy has been standing for who knows how many long that it was thick like glue. And the manager/owner was stirring additional water into it right in front of the guests. The so called scrambled eggs looked like little yellow pallets. The only things eatable are cheerios and raisin bran cereal(thanks to their long shelf life), and the waffle you can make from a premade mix. Make sure you eat the waffle hot, it gets chewy once it cools down. On the plus side the room had a microwave and mini-fridge. And we were lucky that our car wasn’t broken into.

I’m giving it 3 stars because the place itself has heart… and also because it is hella cheap! I’ve stayed here on two different occasions for several days at a time, but I thought I would try something new and a little more posh. The motel I chose over this one was on Cherry Lane just across the freeway and it was a mistake-for twice the price. Anyway, the furnishings are basic and the continental breakfast is sparse and fast to disappear, but the motel up the road on Cherry Lane was twice the price and the room just felt bad. I came back here again and was glad I did. The staff is polite, the towels and linen clean. By the way, Learn how to get to it. Coming from east I-30 you can come in from the front but have to take the back street to get back that way. Do the reverse going west towards Dallas.

This has been home away from home for my oldest that lives in Houston. Surrounding enviroment is very clean. Adorning nice size rooms with late model TV’s, small fridge, microwave and outdated furnishings but clean. Nice pool, conference and lounge areas. They also provide morning continental breakfast. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, «Jay» who was very nice and family oriented. Americas caters to out-of-towners mostly and is priced very reasonable. It’s one of the best hotels to stay at in the area be it for short term or long term. I’m providing this review upon my visit here and interactions with the staff and manager. Note: Due to the area, surrounding and outdated furnishings reflects the rating. Service and Staff I would give, 4 stars…
