This place is great! I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now and the staff and service have been great every time. Dr. Weir and is genuinely nice guy and every hygienist I’ve been with has been super friendly and did a very good job cleaning my teeth. The facility is spot on and I can’t say a single negative thing about them!

Very pleasant experience. They got me into my appt early, the hygienist was great and Dr. Wear was thorough and took time to explain what he was seeing. This was my first appt at this dentist and I will be switching permanently to this location.

Had my first appointment here today. Was nervous since it’s been years since my last exam and cleaning, but I really enjoyed this place. It was easy to get in and out of, didn’t feel rushed or pretentious, and everyone was very kind. Doc was nice and really thorough, talked through his recommendations, and they gave me a clear breakdown of the recommended treatment plan (including what insurance covered, what I’d be responsible for, etc.). Very happy customer.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I always have cavities no matter how much I brush and floss, so I am no stranger to the dentist. Was feeling some sensitivity Monday and got an appointment Wednesday (pretty good considering I am a new patient). The front office staff was very friendly and waiting room is cozy and updated. Only had to wait for about 5 – 10 min before going back. I was lead to the procedure room which had TVs with volume control and cable mounted right above the chair. I love this in a dentist. The equipment all seemed updated.
Once I got in the chair the dental assistant, Aiden, was such a pleasure to speak with. Very nice and sociable. She put me at ease as she took my X-​rays. Dr. Weir came and was a super nice guy. He put my X-​rays on the TV overhead, and went over the options. Pretty soon he offered to do 2 fillings that day. Considering my 4pm appointment, I thought it was awesome he was willing to stay past 6:30 working on me.
He numbed me up and him and his assistant went to work. The procedure was the usual but they had several tools that I had never seen before that were AWESOME. My favorite was a bite wedge that suctioned my mouth at the same time. Made the whole experience seem like I was chilling watching TV… with someone digging in my mouth. No stress of holding mouth open and holding your tongue back!
Point is, if you are looking for a new dentist, go to Dr. Weir. You won’t regret it. Was not expensive, his staff and facilities are great, and you will get quality grill work!

Very quick consultation. Dr. Wear came in and discussed my concerns in 5 minutes. I am not sure if you would say that he was efficient or rushed but I did not get the same comfortable feeling many of the reviewers expressed. I did get some X-​rays done and discussed options and cost for recommended procedures. I wanted to love this place like everyone but I didn’t.
Receptionist was very friendly. I guess I was suckered in to making an appointment by her kindness. Darn me!

Very professional and helpful. Had some work done to my teeth and they made me very comfortable during the whole procedure. Highly recommend.

I am not a fan of the dentist AT ALL… until today. Dr. Wear and all his staff were absolutely amazing! He gave me all the information and showed me pictures of what I needed to take care of in order to make educated decisions! They all gained my trust and future dental business!

My family and I moved to Fort Worth late last year. This is the first visit I have had in years! I loved this office because it was clean and new feeling. Dr. Wear was very friendly and made me feel at ease. We are glad to call him our new dentist.

I just moved to the area for graduate school and was unluckily struck with some pretty bad teeth issues. Being a broke graduate student combined with dental anxiety I really did my research to find a place that treated me well, and was reasonably priced (or the quality matched the service). Art District was in my insurance network, so I thought I’d check it out since he has been ranked top in Fort Worth.
I went for a consult with Dr. Wear and before I even saw him I felt very comfortable. The office is nice (off 7^th St) and the front desk staff were friendly and calming. I knew I would get a top notch experience there. The hygienist I worked with was also really sweet and encouraging. I felt totally comfortable despite my impacted wisdom tooth.
Upon meeting Dr. Wear I could tell I would really have a good experience. He took the time to really listen to me and he literally sat down with my xrays and showed me issues and talked with me about plans and needs. He treated me as an equal (which is rare in a world of judgmental dentists) and he worked with me through to find the best option for me. First I needed a wisdom tooth extraction, and during the procedure he was actually aware more of me than himself — which made the experience really calming and pleasant. You can tell he really enjoys his job, and not only did I feel amazing afterwards, but my teeth looked great too. I had little to no pain recovering, and he followed up with me a couple days later to make sure things were going well.
I went back for a cleaning and to asses any other damage and he ultimately suggested another wisdom tooth extraction, followed by a crown and several fillings. A VERY expensive venture (insurance or not), and I was certainly freaking out. The staff sat with me and talked me through the process (how many sessions, prices, ways to break it up, timeline, etc.) and really helped me plan getting this done in a way I could make it work financially. They understood my situation and wanted to make sure I didn’t have to settle or put my teeth in jeopardy. THIS part was really awesome, as it guaranteed I could get this really good service and didn’t have to settle for a sketchy dentist or poor service to save pennies.
I definitely recommend them, and have been since my appointment!

Just moved to town and cannot tell you how happy I was to find Art District Dental. The staff is AMAZING– super helpful and sweet. The Dentist was very kind and efficient. It was a wonderful experience and they even gave me complimentary X rays so my old dentist wouldn’t have to send them over. The office itself is clean and comfortable and very welcoming. They even have televisions mounted on the ceiling above your chair so you can watch a show while they work if you want– I chose to chat with the cool dental hygentist instead. By far the best dental experience I have ever had– so good it prompted me to write my first Unilocal review :)

I went to Dr. Wear after a recent bad experience at another dentist. The other dental office was unwilling to send over my X-​rays for him to review, so instead of requiring me to pay out of pocket for them he said that he would not charge at all. He examined me very thoroughly and explained everything he was seeing until it made sense to me, then gave me a reasonable treatment plan. The hygienist Stephanie did an excellent job educating me about my teeth and how to keep them clean and healthy, plus gave me a special polish on the house. Carrie at the front desk was very helpful getting my appt set up and explaining the charges in my treatment plan. Great office! I’m so relieved to have found an office I can trust after my bad experience elsewhere.

My husband and I were in Fort Worth visiting family for the holidays when he came down with a really terrible tooth ache. Dr. Wear actually met my husband at his office on Christmas eve day. He prescribled antibiotics and pain relievers so we were able to enjoy the holiday. I think it’sespecially awesome, considering my husband wasn’t an established patient, and he knew that he never would be, only because we live in another city. Very impressed with everything about this guy and his practice!

Dr. Padilla is, without question, the kindest, most thorough, most effective dentist I have ever encountered. He discusses every step of the process with you, he is constantly aware of how you are feeling and what you might need, and his work is superior to all other dental work I’ve seen.
He has given me 6 veneers on my front teeth, several other crowns and fillings, and has always been willing to work through each step of the process with me.
His office staff is informed and eager to help.
Believe it or not – it’s ENJOYABLE to go to the dentist. I know I will get taken care of, I never fear I will leave without an answer, and I feel comfortable calling them any time I have a question.
