I did it backwards. I purchased THEN read the reviews and as I read, the pit in my stomach got deeper and deeper. Yes, it took a little longer to get our furniture than we initially anticipated but we were contacted by them to inform us and even then it was just by a day or two. We respected them for letting us know ahead of time and not the day of. The employee who greeted us at the door was not pushy and guided us to possibilities that were not out of the question & reasonable as well as he was plain helpful. The quality of the furniture is great and the guys did a great job bringing it upstairs and setting it up for us. Overall, we are satisfied.

We were so lucky to have the best sales associate Jamie Hegert, she went above and beyond helping us find what we were looking for, she is so knowledgeable and patience, friendly and her people skills are great. I would recommend coming to this store and looking for her whenever you need advice or to buy a new piece of furniture! Thank you Jamie!!!

We purchased a sectional from this store February 20th specifically due to the fact rooms to go said it would be 3 – 4 months before getting it. Assistant manager told me it would be 2 weeks from the 12th of March, meaning 24 March I’d be sitting on my couch. Here it is middle of May and there not even supposed to get it to the«warehouse» until 27 May. Meaning I probably won’t have a couch until middle of June!!! Meanwhile were sitting in camping chairs because he told us 1 month originally. Here’s my advice, GOSOMEWHEREELSEANDLISTENTOTHEREVIEWS!!!

Worst finance department! I bought something and was approved through Genesis. Due to the strike on the west coast my furniture was delivered separately 3 different delivery dates 3 different transaction amounts and due to their inability to get me my product 3 different minimum payments. After speaking to the finance company they told me that only Ashly’s could rectify this. I’ve called 5 times and spoke to the finance manager Vanessa that argues with me that it was so easy to figure out and told me to email her my receipts… Then I spoke to her manager Theresa again no help. They didn’t know what they were talking about. They called me back and credited my account 100 $. Too little to late nice gesture but I had to tell them how their credit company worked, I was treated as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about and wasted at least 4 hours this day and 1 hour the next. Not to mention the times I called previous to this only to get transferred and hung up on.

We went there with a specific item in mind– which happened to be a king size mattress. The salesman that decided to help us was making fun of us because I refused to buy a $ 3000 set. He was horrible, pushy and so very rude that I eventually asked for someone else and asked him why everything that was reasonably priced was a terrible product and why they sold it. When he finally«allowed» us to make the purchase we were told that we can pick it up from a NRH warehouse in a week. Apparently that warehouse has been closed for years and no one called us to inform but, instead through out the entire purchase made us believe that it was true and possible. Instead we had to wait another week because the item that we had already paid for was not available(which again no one called us to inform).- after posting this origional review the owner contact me with an appology and offered to refund the delivery fee that we paid after being directed to the wrong place and giving up. I felt like this was a very generous action on his part and it is greatly appreciated. I suggest that if you have any issues contact him, his number will be on the back of the«thank you» package that you get when you buy something. We tried to contact the store directly with our problems but got no help on any of the issues. If we do return to the store it will be because of the owners helpfulness only and, i will avoid the sales rep.

Terrible. Rude greeter/sales guy, kept following us around asking personal questions. Couldn’t help us with what we actually wanted and said nobody has that. Really? Nobody sells a headboard? Everything in the store felt cheaply made. I saw a table that looked great from a distance, but when I went to look at it found it was made of crappy plastic but still costs $$$. We left without making any purchase. This was a terrible experience and when I am looking in the future I won’t even consider this place.

We’ve been on the hunt for a dining room set and a sofa, and although we’ve been here and looked many times now, we always leave empty handed. Just not finding what we are looking for. We’ll keep trying, as this is one of the local big box furniture stores, but starting to lose faith and realizing we might have to look further than our own back yard :(. Ample selection, just not the right choices.

Worst customer service and worst experience ever shopping for furniture. Our sales guy was very unprofessional during our shopping time and after. We were given an approximate time for delivery which he said he overestimated. The time came and went and no furniture. He avoided the calls from my husband as did the manager. We were finally given a date and were told the warehouse would be in contact to set up a delivery time. Of course we never heard from the warehouse. My husband was finally able to get a hold of the warehouse and was told there was no way we would get delivery by the time promised and he didn’t know why the sales guy told him that. Finally back to the store. The sales guy, manager, none of them cared even a little, were not sorry at all. We canceled our entire order. Now after waiting for nearly 5 weeks we have to start our furniture hunt again but I refuse to give money to a company who has such little respect for its customers. Additionally, although you pay on the spot, refunds take 21 days to process! 21 more days for this company to hold on to your money and earn interest on it before returning it. What a scam! Stay away from this place. They don’t even deserve one star.

My wife and I love this Ashley Furniture location. But not nearly as much as we love our sales associate Tamara. To give you some history, when we decided to move to Fort Worth my wife called this location from Colorado. Tamara took care of us before we even moved. Since moving we have bought everything from dining room sets, bedroom sets and movie theater chairs. I’ll just say it. Tamara is so good at her job that we probably bought more just because she went out of her way to insure we got top quality furniture at amazing prices. She is amazing and we have a good time when shopping. She knows me from a distance and it’s funny since I’m like the whitest guy on the planet, and she can hear me yelling«heeeeeey giiirrrl.» She is just amazing. I have to say that twice in this review. Take high quality furniture and couple it with a stellar sales associate and you have a killer combination. Thanks Tamara. See ya at the next sale!
