Great food, always our Friday night fix! Love the desert too. Would recommend the hot wings! Love that garlic butter on the crust! And they always make it fast!

Crust was subpar, toppings were okay to good. Way too expensive and not as good as other pizza places in the area, wouldn’t go back. Dino’s pizza is way better.

Came here for lunch right down from the job. The person at the register was friendly enough and the place was clean. I was there 45 min and they never placed a fresh pizza on the buffet while I was there. Also the dessert pizza was gone and that was never replaced either. I go to lunch at noon so we are at prime lunchtime, not closer to the afternoon. I was looking for a variety because pizza is not something I regularly eat but this is not the place for it.

I was a customer but I’ll never eat there again because the owner was incredibly rude on the phone.

Terrible, that’s all there is to say. Pizza is expensive and doesn’t even taste like real pizza, I’d take frozen our even domino’s over this place.

I ate at Bosses pizza and wings when the Denton TX location was open and it was always delicious and enjoyable. This location is simply horrible and terribly managed! First they had a sign on the door that said«like us on Facebook and receive 15%off your order.» So my gf did just that and when she mentioned it to the cashier the woman stood there like a deer in headlights. She had never herd of this 15%off promotion. I guess she never walks through the front door. We proceeded to order and came to find out they do not carry lemon pepper wings! No big deal we will get hot instead. We paid and waited for our order. There were only 2 customers in this whole restaurant, me being 1 of them and they still managed to get the order wrong! They gave us garlic parmesan wings after waiting 30 min. 30 min for 10pc wings! We got a refund and left. Stay away from this place!!!

STAYAWAY!!! from this location. I made a huge mistake of not driving to the Lake Worth location. The Western Center location is poorly managed. I had to live through this experience during my lunch visit today. The manager and cashier were absolutely clueless to what was going on during the lunch hour. There was no salad on the buffet, no ranch dressing, and the pizza(about ½ of three pizzas and a two old cinnamon sticks) were dried out after baking again under the heat lamps. Other customers came in and were talking amongst themselves asking each other if the buffet was over(12:45 pm) ! I HADTOGETUPANDINSTRUCTONEOFTHESTAFFTORESTOCKTHESALADBARANDPUTINMOREPIZZA! She just looked at me like a deer in headlights. The«manager» was in the back talking with the cook with no concern that her staff was unable to provide customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and her only response was«she is new, we are short staffed, I’ll give you a refund.» I was attempting to tell her to take pride in her job, get motivated, coach her staff because this location represents a franchise that reflects outstanding customer service, high-quality food, and customer satisfaction. Her response was«I can give you a refund,» in other words I really don’t care and shut up. I was not rude but affirmative and truthful. I paid $ 20 for four slices of pizza and there was no salad during the 20 minutes that I was there. I was having to coach the employees about the importance of customer service and branding. I refused my refund because I did eat four slices of pizza and paid to school a «green» manager.

I use to work in the same mall strip as this place and our boss would always order pizza from here and I don’t know why he would do such a thing. The pizza itself reminds me of a fake kids toy pizza. It’s rubbery to the touch and the flavor I might as well be eating plastic. I also think it’s a little bit over priced compare to the other pizza places in the area that are more decent than this place is. I also had the great white which that wasn’t so bad it’s a calzone with Alfredo, spinach, and chicken can’t really go wrong with that one!

$ 24 for a large, 19″ pizza!!! How are they still open and who spends $ 24 on a small pizza??? INSANE!!! No specials either, just crazy! I can almost buy four large Papa John’s for that. Crazy!!! Just sayin

The food here is really good! The wings are similar to what we make at home. The Boss fries are awesome and the sweet tea is spot on. It’s got an old style mini arcade as you walk in the door that’s really neat. It’s not too loud, the service is good and the food is pretty good too. If you are looking for wings, this place is great!

Doesn’t taste that much better than the normal cheap chains and costs a lot, do yourself favour and never go here.

I could write a book on how amazing the pizza is at Boss’s. We walked in and ordered, and it was quick enough that a 3 yr old was not upset. When the pizza came you could smell the garlic butter on the crust. it immediately made my mouth water. The true test… my 3yr old said«daddy this pizza is so delicious!!»

This pie was as good as it looked. I’ve had a lot of pizza and this beast was simply amazing. It had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and meat. Oh, and the meat was fully covering the pizza adding a consistent taste, bite after bite. The crust is very important for most, and Bosses has a great crust that is not too bready and not too crackery. So, if you’re a pizza snob, give bosses a shot and see if you agree.

Great thin crust pizza with tons of toppings and the best wings period. If you have time to spare, grab a beer while you wait for your order.

Pizza tasted good and was hot and fresh but it was a bit too greasy and a couple slices ended up soggy. Ate in the restaurant. A lot of people ordering carry out. No eat in customers except us. Very friendly staff.

Always the juiciest, freshest, tastiest pizza. We had the Big Boss, half pepperoni, half supreme(bacon even on it) yesterday. The buffet is great for lunch. Everyone is super friendly, and food arrives quickly.

I called in a pizza order on my way home for a large pizza. I had never tried this place before, but I figured I’d give a new place a shot. They only have 2 specialty pizzas, according to the girl that answered the phone(who was very friendly, btw). A meat lovers and the equivalent of a supreme pizza. I opted for what most people know as a «Hawaiian» with my own spin on it: pineapple and Canadian bacon, with an addition of onions and bacon.(There is a standard price for a cheese pizza, then an additional charge for each ingredient.) When I picked it up, it was 5 p.m. on a Wednesday. From what I could tell, there was not another customer in the place, but that really didn’t mean much. It’s a work day and most people were just leaving work or sitting in wonderful DFW traffic. I was greeted by 3 people upon entering, none of which were just standing around. One, seemed to be the owner: an older gentleman that seemed genuinely happy for my business, but that is a complete assumption on my part. The pizza was actually a large… and not the smaller version that the popular chain pizza places like to call a large. 12 slices with quality ingredients. Plenty of cheese. A light brushing of garlic butter on the crust. It was a good tasting, quality pizza. I will be back for happy hour — the menu said they have margaritas… and to try their other stuff.

I love this place. The pizza is always fresh and they offer other things to eat like hot wings, calzones, and salads. The beer is cold and the service is great. They also have a great lunch buffet and online coupons that can be used on many different items. I love it!

I managed a pizza restaurant for a few years so I tend to be a bit critical about pizza taste and the operations, but this place is great. How do you know this place is great? When you walk in the owner is either making pizzas or cleaning tables. EVERYTIME! Not bossing people around(while I’m there) or being nonexistent. This guy rolls his sleeves up and it shows with his other employees. Service is always great here. It’s a buffet(unless you special order) so you don’t have a ton of employee interaction, but they are always friendly and on the floor removing dishes when you are done. The buffet here isn’t huge, but the 8 or so pizzas they have out are always of different varieties. Plus they are always bring out fresh options. The pizza has a good crust, not the paper thin stuff like CiCi’s. The sauce has a very good flavor to it. I assume both the sauce and dough are homemade. They offer 1 dessert pizza which I always grab a slice of before I leave. The salad bar has decent options and is always tastes of fresh ingredients. I wish they’d add hard boiled eggs. That’s the only thing lacking! Possibly not. It’s effective though. The place has multiple tvs always showing sports and a few old school arcade games in the lobby. The only knock on this place is that it is fairly small. It can get decently busy at lunch and people have to always squeeze and bump into other people to get to the buffet since it’s in the middle of the floor. Not deducting any stars for this as that’s the way the building is laid out. All in all, a good pizza buffet for about $ 8.
