Braum’s

I love Braum’s every time I come visit Texas I make sure to take advantage of Braum’s every chance I get. You can either get burgers or chicken sandwiches or get a variety of ice cream and there’s plenty of parking available. I wish we had a Braum’s in So. Cal

This service was not it’s best last night. If you went through the drive thru… the girl was busy chatting with inside customers and left us and three cars behind us just setting there running our engines. Our food finally was delivered by a young man that did not speak just dropped the food out the window. Interesting!

Oh braums how I hate the fact you can never get a order right even if it is just two sundaes, really no one wants your hot fudge glob that has been sitting for days, I hate the hot fudge I would never order it i asked for Carmel and marshmallow and yet did you get it right no you didn’t so where is my sundae in the trash because the ineffable hot fudge you served me ruined my sundae, I don’t know why this location is so hard to get your order right, but that seems to be the only think they can ever to right is screw your order up. it’s two scoops of vanilla Carmel marshmallow it doesn’t take a rocket science to figure it out thanks for the always stake cold fries with the gross burgers I order from you thinking ill give them one more chance only to be running to the bathroom yet again. Thanks I appreciate you ruining my one treat and making me sick every time I eat your nasty food Get rid of the hot fudge or whatever black toxic creation it is

Everytime i walk in here i am like the only costumer here well i maybe one other costumer then me it’s like nothing but empty in here, lol ll get to the real story now i never get fast food i just came here to get a few groceries this Braum’s does not have the variety as other Braum’s lke one on McCart Ave.
When i bananas here it’s like were already bad also the Ice Cream is alright but i had better and they have good milk that’s only one good thing going for it.
They always have new people working here and the Costumer Service is very slow like you can do better then this just saying.

I think this franchise shares some facets as other Braum’s I have reviewed, with regard to service to drive-​thru customers taking priority over those dining in, and the cleanliness is sometimes questionable at this franchise. However, it is still a great place to stop for a bacon cheeseburger. During a recent visit, I noticed an off-​duty police officer sitting at one of the booths working through a small notebook. He made a point to watch one particular customer shopping the Braum’s groceries, so I don’t know if they are hiring off-​duty officers to curb shoplifting or if my mind is just running with half-​baked theories cooking up drama that doesn’t really exist. Oh well, I’m sure I’ll continue to be a regular.
