Chris and David are great! They really care about the homebrew community.
They are a newly opened shop, so they are missing some of the basics at the moment. However, they offered to order anything I wanted that they didn’t have. The best way to help them grow is shop there and ask them if they carry or can order whatever you want. It’s hard to start a new store not knowing what the area will require. Work *with* them and you’ll soon have everything you need.
Grains are stored properly, in air tight food grade containers… unlike other homebrew shops I’ve been to.
If you are into Wine and Cheese making, they have kits for those. As well as competitively priced honey for any Mead maker out there.
Finally they have a library so you can: research recipes, read about growing hops, find a recipe and more.
I’m so glad to have this shop so close to my house. They are only going to get better and better.
