Melinda is awesome! Great customer service! I came in for a belt for my Kirby Sentria and ended up buying a few other extensions. Will definitely be back.

Very affordable. Fast. Effective. They are also really knowledgeable. I’m not in the market for a new vacuum cleaner now, but the next time I am, I will probably buy an Oreck based on what I learned about sucking technology.

I was so worried about taking my vacuum in to be repaired. All of the reviews on Google Map so so AWFUL except for the employee responses defending them. Anyway, I drove out to McCart and Melinda was very knowledge and nice. She was upfront about the time frame too. She said it would take a week because of the Thanksgiving holiday and sent us home with a loaner.
We dropped it off at 10 am. She called that same afternoon at 4 pm saying it wasy ready! We picked it up the next day and it was a GREAT price.
They work on other vacuums, not just Kirby’s. I HIGHLY recommend them.
