Calloway Place Apartments

At first didn’t want to review this since it is a find. This apartment community has been home for almost 2 years now and I had to put something out there. The place is quaint and small. Not that many units available but the price is excellent for the location. Its right by the Trinity river trails and walking distance from anything you might need. Donut shops, restaurants, family dollar, autozone… they have loft style apartments and two bedroom style apartments as well. The management is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance guy is quick to resolve any issues. Their is always someone hanging out on the porch at any time of day so they know who doesn’t belong or who’s just visiting, it seems really safe. The cops make a drive thru the lot twice randomly throughout the night, almost every night. I enjoy it and cant really see myself moving out anytime soon.
