Worst customer service we have ever received. Our wedding was the weekend before the disastrous flooding that had taken place in the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. We were unable to turn our linen in due to safety. And because we were 4 days late on turning it in they charged us $ 200.00 and didn’t care the least bit in the facts of the matter. I will spread word to all of my bride friends and companies to never use this companies services.
