At 6 pm on a Sunday, I was told it would be a 15 min wait for 8 pieces of chicken because they just sold all of what they had. This seems ridiculous for dinner time. I was then asked to park in the parking lot, which isn’t even connected for easy access from drive through. There was 1 car in front of me, and 4 behind me, so I wasn’t that random customer with a freakishly large order. Not impressed at all with the service.

Very disappointed!!! The gravy was like water. the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese tasted too garlicky. There’s no way a manager would not notice that the gravy is that watered-down. Unless it was done that way on purpose.

*Note: I am a vegetarian, so my assessment of Chicken Express locations is primarily based on Sweet Tea and French Fries. One of the higher priced locations in the area, despite being one of the more mediocre tasting locations in the area. I don’t think I have ever gotten hot/fresh fries here, and I have been just shy of a handful of times, hoping it was a fluke. The tea is bland. Those elements combined make the«college area tax» even more upsetting. If you have the option of going to another location, I recommend doing so.

Ate here on a Friday night when nearby TCU and Paschall High school were out. So the restaurant was not very crowded. 4**** star rating as follows: 1* star for good service. The employees at the counter were very quick to greet, take the order, and make the food. 1* star for clean dining area. The store was well kept with clean floors and clean restrooms. TV’s throughout the room were playing sports. 2* star for food. The chicken strips were juicy and hot. The biscuit was warm buttery. The fries were crispy. Not a bad place for a quick bite.

If there was less than one, it would be here. I have been to this Berry St location twice. One in April. One, last Saturday. This past Saturday, I left without my order. I emailed the«contact us» to absolutely no reply. The staff is rude and apparently has not concern for people that seem to have concerns.

$ 2.70 for diabeetus in a cup(jumbo sweet tea), so delicious! Good location for TCU and Paschal High students as well, since there aren’t many chicken places close by. 5 stars for ALMOST fitting it in my cupholder. 64 ounces of awesomeness is hard to keep locked down!
