Chicken Express

I pull into drive-​thru order Livers and Strips, told it will be about 10 min, which is fine. Sit in drive-​thru for 10 min, then told to pull up front. Bottom line, took 30 min to get my order, girl said they forgot. If they did not already have my money I would have left. Saw people scratching their heads, rubbing their faces and not using any gloves. Nasty place, HORRIBLE customer service.

I honestly made an account just to say how bad this place is. I’ve came here a couple of times and they’ve never fail on messing up my order.
1. I ordered 7 chicken tenders and they gave me 4 instead
2. I came home and my gravy isn’t even fully gravy it was MASHED POTATOES WITH GRAVY
3. I’ve never waited so long to order or to even get my food. All together, I waited at least 20 minutes and for a fast food place, that’s a long time.
4. And finally, these coworkers that work here has this «I don’t care mood» and nothing aggravates me more. Don’t like the job? Don’t work there. Simple as that.
You guys should go to the chicken express that’s a couple minutes away. It’ll be A LOT better than this one, guaranteed.

Food was ok… This time, tenders weren’t hot nor fresh Service terrible! I asked for 7 tender meal and only gave me 5… they offer rolls and biscuits but were out of rolls. Never been inside only been in the drive thru.

This is by far the best Chicken Express I’ve been to. Fantastic service, clean bathrooms, what more could u ask. Oh an as for food 5*. Made my gizzards fresh! Recommend it to anyone in town!!!

Food is good. Service, not so much. For as high as their food is you would think they would train the employees to be a bit more courteous to the customers. The girl in the window just stuck my food out the window, grabbed my money and closed the service window as fast as she could. Not a thank you or anything. Shoot she never even looked me in the eye.
No thanks. I’ll go down the street to Churches.

As the service isn’t bad, it definitely isn’t good. Everyone seems genuinely upset to be at work, you normally need to honk for someone to come to the speaker. That being said I’m not an impatient person but sitting at the box for over 3 minutes is too much. I am actually waiting right now for my order, one person has already pealed off from behind me (I guess they were sick of waiting). Now I understand the food is fresh so I’m okay with a little wait, but not when it’s unfriendly staff involved. I’m scared of asking too much from the employees because I don’t want them to spit in my food (I honestly wouldn’t be a bit surprised) so I ALWAYS check for tampered with food. I’m now at the window 8 minutes in and am re-​explaining my order. By the way they NEVER have biscuits, geez that bothers me it’s been weeks, order more! Anyway I’m still waiting to pay right now at the 10 minute mark. A few employees are just hanging out talking, all the guys seem over intrigued with this blonde girl, it had halted the food making, I hope he at least gets a date! And they have now stopped to toss my food in it’s container, yay! Aaand I’m still waiting again, now for a straw, and we’ve finished ladies and gentlemen! 12 minutes later with 1 person in line in front if me from the start of this. Pretty terrible actually, let’s see how the food is… I am now home, chicken is great fries are great, but the gravy … You must be kidding, it’s watery and tastes like sewer trash, I won’t be enjoying that, gravy is hit or miss at this place. My final conclusion, fuck this place I’m sick of the half assed effort, I’ll stick to chic-​fil-​a, I don’t mind paying more for quality food and service!

Upon further investigation they have been closed by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT countless times! YUCK STAY AWAY!!!
My review has dropped to 1 star because of it! Bad food, bad service, AND a health risk??? AGAIN, STAY AWAY!!!

I had the #1 combo 4 chicken strips n mashed potatoes with gravy and a soda.
It was very good and the price was right. They were friendly and I received my food in a timely manner I like this place for chicken.
