Called today after searching for a good place for a massage. Found this place, called to make an appointment and caller answered that they got rid of their massage therapist and they won’t be seeking a new one. That is so sad, compared to all the awesome reviews they had. To her credit, the lady redirected me to another massage therapist at another chiropractic center.

I have been coming to ChiroPlus for about 6 months now, and I have to say I couldn’t be happier.
Short Version:
The chiropractic care is top notch, but it’s the people that really make it an enjoyable experience. Facilities are clean and professional. Excellent doctors and staff.
Long Version:
Stephanie and the other front desk staff are fantastic. She has one of the most bubbly, kind personalities that I have encountered. You can’t help but smile when talking to her. She is beyond helpful and makes you feel instantly at ease – which was very needed since I was nervous about going to my first chiropractic appointment a few months ago!
The doctors provide the best care possible. As a patient you would have one main doctor, but all of the doctors discuss their patients together regularly so in case your doctor isn’t there but you need an adjustment, the others can still help you out. You can tell that they really love helping people feel better. I never feel as though the doctor is doing what he wants to do (i.e. pushing certain therapies, medicines, techniques, etc) but rather that he listens to me, and uses his expertise to figure out my body and what would be best for it.
Another plus (haha, no pun intended) with this chiropractor is that they provide very comprehensive care. Over the last few months I have had xrays, adjustments, physical therapy, and other treatments. Not only do they want to get your spine (or whatever part of your body) aligned, they want to strengthen the muscles and make sure you’re getting the right nutrition too.
They also have a wide variety of post-​adjustment therapies to cut down on inflammation, swelling, etc. and I always leave feeling great. Whether its cold laser therapy, a hot pad, a rolling massage table, neck stretching, etc., I enjoy the personalization I receive as a patient.
My insurance actually turned me onto this place as one of their designated providers and I’m so glad they did! They work with you on payment, and they even have cash prices if you don’t have insurance.
If you’re not happy with your current chiropractic care, or are considering trying it out for the first time, I would absolutely recommend ChiroPlus Clinics.

After reading these reviews I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The lady that answered the phone was somewhat curt in telling me that new patients are only seen at 10 am or 2 pm, no exceptions. So I guess since I can’t get there In the middle of the work day I will not be a new patient as I had hoped. They must be overflowing with business to be able to nonchalantly turn new business away.

I purchased a deal voucher for a 60 minute massage. As a massage therapist myself I am very picky. Sabrina gave the best massage I’ve had in years. She knows how to release the trigger points without it being painful. I live up north of Frisco so it’s a ways to drive but I will be going back!
