Comet One Hour Dry Cleaners & Laundry

I have been a regular customer for about 5 – 6 years. I travel extensively with my job and have to use cleaning services on a regular basis. This establishment is the best I have ever used. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend using their services.

I have been going for a year now and have not had a problem yet. My clothes are always ready on time and as requested. When you trust someone with something that is part of your business, they need to live up to that trust. Right here at comet cleaners are some fair and honest folks that will meet that need.

My advice is to find another cleaners. They are great until you have a problem and then they ignore you and they simply don’t care. They have ruined my comforter and now won’t return my phone call. They did the same thing to my boss when they lost his shirt. Up until this incident, they had done a great job on my clothes. However, repeating, if you have an issue, GOOD LUCK getting any satisfaction. I took my comforter to them, odor free. When I tried to pick it up it smelled worse than you can even imagine. They cleaned it again. Still stunk. I guess they were sick of messing with the comforter so they WASHED a dry clean only comforter, so now the batting is lumpy and it is coming apart at one corner. The smell is gone, but the comforter is ruined. I spoke to a gentleman who owns a different cleaners (Not a Comet) and he said the only way that smell could have gotten in my comforter is dirty solvent. In other words, my comforter was washed in dirty, nasty, bacteria filled funky chemicals. Not acceptable. They should be giving me a check for about $ 300-​$ 350 to replace my comforter, but I bet that never happens.

This is the best cleaners! Fast service, drive through, and my clothes come out looking like a million bucks. Even though there are 3 or 4 cleaners closer to me, they are worth the drive. Been twice so far and I will continue to give them my business.
