The disappointment is long. The only one that seems to put any effort is Becky. Not even maintenance can get the lead out.
I have nails hanging out of my ceiling from where they walk on the roof. They came to «fix it» but only put silicon around the nails to camouflage it. But the nails are still sticking out. And then fit the Silicon all over my bed and rug.
I have been for «pest extermination «and after a year and a half have yet to see that they come to spray. You have to request it and I have multiple times and still nothing.
I had them come out once to check out my A.C. and they have to access it through my closet. So there were 8 screws holding up the panel now there are only 3. There was dry wall and sheet rock powder all over my clothes. And I had to fix the cover because one screw want in right so it fell open and almost hit me on the head.
Now I called them March 1^st to come check out my A.C. again. Because it was blowing cold air off and on. They said they fixed it but it just did the same 3 days later. So I put another request in and never heard from them I called them and they kept saying they were going to put a request in. I called multiple times and a few of those calls were with the manager Shannon or Sharon. Finally by the middle of the month of not hearing from them I asked the maintenance guy why hadn’t they come to fix the a.c. he said he had never received a work order. Now remember I had talked to the manager. So another week passed. And nothing. Finally they come out and they drain all the freon from the unit. So now there is no cold air AT ALL. Now my dog is here with no A.C. in above 80 degree temperatures while I’m at work. I have had to eat pure take out because turning on the stove is like being in hell. No I’m laying here at 5am it’s 80 degrees in here again. Windows open but no circulation. Good thing I never threw away a fan I had from the last apartment who had broken A.C. also I emailed the corporate office and no surprise that they did not ever contact me back. Now today they said they received the unit, but now we have to wait for it to stop raining to get them to install it. Now keep in mind they take a cloudy day as a rainy day. I dint know what has changed recently but whatever it is it had turned this place to shit. I never had problems until the past few months.

Lived here for over a year, these are VERY outdated, awkward and very low quality. Had continuous issues with roaches crawling out of the drains and parties at 1am, 2am, 3am and 4am. There isn’t much natural light and the maintenance hardly ever gets around to handling maintenance issues in a timely fashion. The front office staff are VERY kind but they only have so much power when the owner does not invest in the property. Only about 50% of the washers and dryers work and the secondary wash house was «being renovated» but it’s been about 6 months now and literally no progress has been made rendering all of the residents forced to use about 6 – 7 working washers and 4 – 5 working dryers. The best option would be to most certainly avoid living here.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

The office people are amazing! The maintenance is VERY slow of getting things done and the owner doesn’t want to hire more help cause he wants more money in his pocket. Out of all the places in this area yes it is the cheapest. All I can say is remember what you pay for is what you get!

Over all the apartments are quiet, uneventful. The office staff are fairly helpful… The only complaint I have ever had is that Maintenance are a bit slow at repairs.
