i went in to this start bc my friend referred me after a great experience she had. I had a lamb skin jacket that needed cleaning. they were all so kind, and David himself is very friendly and polite. My coat is a older one and i had been kinda shunned before by some other fur coat businesses. They would tell me it was old and tried to make me feel bad. He didnt. I also got my name on the inside. I ended up bringing my rabbit fur up for a repair, which he did for no cost. I found out they had a used section and bought 2 more furs from him. The place is overall wonderful and the employees are very professional and seem to like what they do. I love the place. will definately be back
