Actually would give it 3.5 stars… Very nice in comparison to the facility in Dallas. And the staff were all very pleasant. I was there with my boyfriend who is a Veteran and in his experience the VA’s in general are not the easiest to work with. A lot of rejection in the beginning and once you are able to start getting appointments, its a lot of waiting. Nothing really moves fast here.

As a Disabled Veteran I have visited many VA Clinics/Hospitals. This location is hands down the best location ever! The facility is amazing and the people who work here are just phenomenal. The VA system gets a justified wrap«sometimes.» In this case, it’s the complete opposite. Thank God that veterans have options to still receive medical help. I always tell people that if you want to doubt that soldiers don’t have real needs; just go to a VA clinic. This country is forever indebted to the sacrifices of our military veterans. And we must insure that they always get the treatment that they deserve for selflessly taking steps to insure we still live in a free country.

This new satellite facility for the Dallas VA is beautiful. I really hate the Dallas branch, so that might not be saying much. They have moved the compensation and Pension department to this new building since the mother ship is so over crowded you had to stand most of the time you were there. They also made sure to include plenty of parking– something else lacking in Dallas.
