Went with three shirts that needed HEAVY starch. Got back three shirts with NO starch. Take back three shirts; «Please, use HEAVY starch!» Got back three shirts with NO starch. I now use a wino who urinates on my three shirts, sit on them, and NOW I have three heavy starch shirts! In better words, DON’T use this cleaner.

The best advice I can give you, in my own personal opinion, is to find another dry cleaning facility. The quality of the workmanship is poor, and the employees are unprofessional. I have tried to use this location twice. Both times, I have been extremely dissatisfied. The clothing items have been returned damaged or missing buttons. There are a lot of other dry cleaners in the area to choose from. I will never return to this business, and will never recommend it to friends or co-​workers.

WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER! First time I used them, the clasp came off the pants I had. I thought it was probably the pants. The second time I brought in a business skit and jacket along with a few business pants. The skirt came back wrinkled! I had to iron it myself! Then I realized the hem came undone one of my pants, and they ironed one pant hem back and left the other unhemmed and ironed it that way on the same pants!
I definitely do not recommend this dry cleaner!

Worst dry cleaners. They’ve lost my clothes, things come back not clean and they’ve raised their prices so high there is no point in going here. Even though they are basically across the street I will not go back here.

I have tried to like this place (and other discount dry cleaners)…2 visits, and never again. Last visit 3 shirts were lost (but luckily found after several days). Shirts came back with a pocket cover pressed when wrinkled, and a sleeve on a dry clean shirt mis-​pressed to point I wore it once and took it to another cleaner for repressing… and I honestly believe their process is harder on shirts than other cleaners… clothes just come back beaten looking…
You get what you pay for with these places, and for discount pricing you get below market average quality… of that I am absolutely convinced…
Wont be back.
