Einstein Bros Bagels

Their vservice was extremely slow and staff unorganized. It took 20 minutes to get 2 egg sandwiches after watching others behind us get their food. I’m sure they lost our order but didn’t admit to it. They claimed eggs took 20 minutes.

Slow service, but few customers. Had to wait a long time for someone to take my money. Skimped on the shmear.

Went through the drive thru today. Placed my order, and got to the window only for the guy to ask me for my order again. He never put it in. Then he casually walks over to the station and starts prepping our food. It turns out, they don’t have the ingredients for one of our sandwiches. I pick a different sandwich and he strolls off again. Another 10 minutes pass, and he comes back only to tell us that they are out off additional ingredients and the fruit for the side dish. At this point I ask for our money back. Without saying anything he strolls off yet again to get the manager. His pants are sagging and his boxers are showing but that’s neither here nor there.
Finally, after waiting for another five minutes or so the manager come back to ask why we are wanting a refund. I explain what just happened, and he says: «Ok.» After fiddling with the cash register and looking at the receipt that I handed him, he asks: «What did you order?» I tell him my our order and point to the receipt he’s holding. He then asks if I want it back on the card — we paid cash. He gets the cash out of the register, but it’s $ 5 short.
All in all, we spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only to leave without any food. Needless to say, I will never go back…

Love the food, love the variety, however this is one of the most disorganized restaurant operations i have been to and it has been from the time i first tried it. Careless and sometimes unfriendly staff mixed with long wait times has stopped me from picking this place over McDonald’s! Seriously.

Good morning Unilocalers!!! 5 morning here at Einstein Bros Bagels. Happy staff, great bagels, ice down hot coffee what else would I need. feeling like a superstar!!!

My girlfriend and I came here for breakfast the other day. It is a pretty standard Einstein’s bagel shop. We came later in the morning and They still had a fair variety of bagels left. The people who were working were pretty nice and accommodating. The vanilla hazelnut coffee at Einstein’s is my absolute favorite and they made sure to have a fresh pot ready. There’s nothing more frustrating than when they are out.
I got the garlic bagel with garlic and herb smear. It was my first time getting the garlic bagel and it was actually really good. My only complaint is that they were pretty chintzy on the spread. They barely put any on my bagel. I would’ve wanted at least twice as much if I made it myself.
Overall I was pretty happy with my experience here and I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Slow service In the drive thru. To top it off they messed up the very simple order. I will not be going back.

They need better customer service at their drive through window. If you’re in a hurry this is not the place to go… Still great bagels though.

The SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever encountered, it took 25 minutes to get our 2 bagel sandwiches and they were out of everything (plain bagels, cream, real sugar) at 11am. Customer service is also lacking, no offers of sugar, creamer, sauce… We just sat in the car and stared ahead because we were not acknowledged beyond taking payment and getting our food. Their only redeeming quality is their bagels but I won’t be coming back.

I love their sandwiches and their ice tea is amazing. At this location, the guy behind the counter was sullen and was impatient with my shy teenage son as he ordered. Food great, service not so much.

I need to go back and try the breakfast but the lunch is fantastic!
I pick It up on the way to work and it is perfect still by lunch time. The potato salad is delicious! My favorite lunch deal is the turkey bacon avocado. The sauce is soooo good on it!

I like their bagels but the service tends to be very slow and last time I bit into my bagel I had ordered (cinnamon and nuts) it was a salmon shmear! So two people were screwed!

I love love love the smoked salmon cream cheese! Omgah tastes like heaven. I personally like onion bagels so I get it on that but others get it on everything bagel too! If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out!

Einstein has some of the freshest bagels. The spreads are totally amazing. I feel they are a bit over priced on some of the specialty items but worth it for the taste of goodness.
