I have been coming here for years to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I make my appointment with the same person, Jenny, because she is the best. I have had my brows waxed by other people there and though they are very nice, my brows did not come out even. Jenny’s work comes out perfect everytime.

I have super curly hair and was extremely nervous going somewhere new when I moved to the Saginaw area. I wanted a good color and trim but wasn’t sure where to go. Jenny at Elite Spa was AMAZING! I absolutely love my hair and have gotten so many compliments! I will be returning to her time and time again! Thank you Jenny!

Love this place. I have been going here for about 9 years now. This is a full service salon. They cater to you. If you want to get your nails and toes done, masage, cosmetic services and even your hair done… you name it. Always a pleasure coming here. They complement your service with wine or whatever your drink of choice. What more can you ask for. Love love this place!

Jenny ROCKS! She layered my Long Locks with HiLite and LoLights. LOVE IT! Cool Hip Salon too, great music and love the chandelier.

Lexi does amazing lashes. She is fast and flexible with appoiments. Highly recommend her. I tried different types and stylist, so far extreme lashes is the best on the market.

Jenny was amazing! She’s very sweet and friendly. She is also very fast! Normally takes 4 hours to do my hair but she did it in 2 and it came out great! I def recommend her!

Where do I begin!!! This place is FABULOUS!!! I had a deluxe pedicure by Lynn (last weekend), hair (color and cut) by Jenny, and gel manicure by Cindy today. WOW… I am so happy! They are so friendly, professional, and reasonably priced! I would give over 5 stars if I could!

I always loved going to this nail salon, but this last time I was there, my nail tech was a little rude and grouchy. i felt like she kept giving me the stank eye every time I tried to get comfortable and move but other than that the lady who did my toes was really really nice and really patient with me. although! she did pulled out a piece of nail from my toe nail and left me with an infection… which is gross. but other than that! It’s a nice place to go. they’re nice people and willing to do anything for you.

I love this place. I usually go to Q Nails on Beach St, but the manicure doesnt last as long. The service is great, definetely coming back for a third time.

I wasn’t sure where to go to get a haircut since my favorite salon closed. Upon reading the Unilocal reviews for salons around my area… I stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a shot.
Jenny greeted me immediately. The wait was not too bad. I told her how I usually style my hair… she said okay but made a suggestion. I decided to give it a shot and omg… always a good decision to trust the professional! Love this place… love Jenny. Will definitely come back here and recommend others to go see Jenny!

Staff was kind of rude, made me feel like I was an inconvenience and this place is really expensive for no reason.

I went in during lunch for a simple eyebrow waxing and they had me seated instantly. I failed to get the name of the person who helped me but she was very nice and professional. She did a great job with my brows and it was done quickly but effectively. I will definitely be coming here in the future. :)

I was in town on business and looking for a spot close to the office that stays open past 5pm. I found Elite through Unilocal & was not disappointed. Service was great & everyone was very friendly. They offered wine & water upon my arrival and have a wide variety of services. This location is very clean with new massage chairs, magazines & tv. I highly recommend to the locals and I will definitely be back!

Found this place on Unilocal,liked all the reviews & the pictures. I called for an appointment & spoke to a guy who confirmed my appointment. When I went there, there was no appointment for me, but the ladies told me not to worry and to sit down they would do my nails.
I got a nice pink & white fill but when I should what design I wanted I was talked into a different design, which I regret now., because the design isn’t me.
My husband and I went back over the weekend and hot pedicures and they were fabulous. Will be going back again. Pedi’s are a bit pricey but totally worth it,

Referred to Elite Spa by a friend of mine, had my brows threaded by Lexi and gel manicure by Cindy they both did an awesome job! And the customer service made me feel at ease. They also have a good selection of gel nail colors

I’m happy I found this place. I absolutely love It. After a hard day at work I go to relax while I’m getting a pedicure. The environment is beautiful. Lou is great with designs when she does my gel nails. Thank you lexi for making me feel comfortable every time I go. . Happy with my results everytime

I recently located to DFW. Found this salon via great reviews on Unilocal (although they aren’t showing now for some reason)! Pleasantly, I was not disappointed. The salon is easy to find, updated, classy interior and equipment. Staff was all very nice. I wanted to change look to something a little bolder. Lilly was my stylist and I showed her a picture of something I kind of liked. She took the idea and improved upon it. Loved the cut and color. I also had a deluxe mani/​pedi that was fabulous. Coming from California where I was happy with my stylist. I was concerned about finding another who was reasonably priced and competent… I’m feeling lucky that I found this salon! I will return!

I have been a customer with Elite Spa for a little over a year now. Jenny has done my hair a couple times and never disappoints. I also get waxing services from Lexie and my nails done occasionally through various nail techs. Last Saturday, I attended an Air Force Awards Banquet and had an appointment scheduled for an updo. I informed Jenny that I was running a little late from my make-​up appt. She said, «It’s ok, just come in and I’ll fit you in.» I was 30 min. late and I waited less than 15 min. to be seen. She is a miracle worker! I showed her a pic of what I wanted & informed her that I didn’t expect it to be exact. «Just make me look good!» That she did! I received several compliments on my hair that evening.
Every time I visit the salon, I receive exceptional customer service! They are all so inviting & make you feel comfortable. The salon has had a recent remodel and it looks spectacular! I definitely recommend Elite Spa for all your beauty needs. They offer a wide variety of services and their pricing is second to none!

I go to Elite Spa every 2 weeks to get my lashes done. Lexi does an exceptional job and is very friendly while she is working. I always feel beautiful when I leave. I love Miss Lexi and all the ladies at the spa.

Super great full service salon for hair, nails, waxing, extension… you name it. Ive been coming here for a few years and I am never dissapointed with the friendliness and service. They recently re-​modeled and the place looks great!
