Ferguson had everything I needed in one place. I hate to shop around and waste time being overwhelmed by endless amounts of products. Ferguson had multiple, quality options that were easy to search through with the help of a sales associate. I described what I wanted and options were picked out for me. Awesome customer service and an organized showroom.

Poor Wolf experience. We bought new appliances as part of a kitchen remodel and wanted Wolf. At our first visit, the salesperson was nothing more than an order taker. She couldn’t advise is, or help us to figure out what we needed versus what we were asking for. We ended up going to the Wolf showroom in Dallas(terrific!) to get a vision and actually select the mix of products that would work for us. Wolf sent to Fergusons a list of products, stock #s, etc. I also called our salesperson and walked through everything to make sure that there wouldn’t be any issues. All Fergusons had to do was place the order. Even after having everything spelled out for them, they still managed to order the backsplash in the wrong size and the wrong brand. They promised to check everything at their warehouse before they delivered to our house, but managed to miss this. In addition they told us that we needed to, purchase the red knobs, which turned out to be incorrect. The icing on the cake was for the final, delivery. We had already paid for everything, yet they held the order because a separate plumbing item(that was defective from another remodel) hadn’t been returned to them. I spent hours on the phone to get everything straightened out. To top this off, our salesperson was promoted to floor manager.
