I had a line leak under the foundation and had another company come out and run the line and said they were pulling back dirt and that the repair, since it was most likely underneath the concrete slab was going to cost me $ 1,650 for the first day and $ 1,200 for every day after that up to $ 15,000 possibly. I was devastated and absolutely did not have that kind of money to fix the line and my homeowners insurance wouldn’t cover it since it was below the surface.
After much stress I gave Mike Vitale at Fisher and Boone a call and he was very understanding and seems like a genuine, honest person. He ran a camera into the line and found that the break was just outside of the house wall and was able to dig directly to it without busting up the concrete. In total, it cost me around $ 1,000 since he took the extra time to localize the leak and charged me a VERY fair price. I thought I was going to possibly have to declare bankruptcy because of this problem.
