Flowers On the Square

I called Flowers on the Square today to complain about the arrangement. They were very apologetic and are willing to make things right. I would like to retract my complaint. I think they made a mistake and are willing to do the right thing. I really appreciate this. This website will not let me retract my complaint.

I have used their flowers for parties and other occasions for decades now. So When I finally got married I naturally turned to my creative friends at FOTS. Circumstances dictated that we put it all together in a very limited time-​frame, with little advance notice. They even recommended the venue we ended up using. They did the floral work and organized the catering. There are cheaper places to get flower arrangements. If you want cheap flower arrangements, go there. If you want real innovation, and floral design, then choose to deal with the artists at Flowers On The Square. They’ve opened a new location on the river at White Settlement. Great folks!

To give you my story:
I live in Chicago and my fiancé is down in Dallas finishing up grad school. This company was referred to us by our venue (Wedding Reception is in Downtown Fort Worth).
Where to start with this company:
1. Their prices are extremely expensive in comparison to competitors.
2. We scheduled a meeting during a weekend to plan for our wedding and they did not show up. Also left a few voice-​mails and received no response until a two weeks after.
3. Finally was able to meet with them and they were supposed to deliver the proposal over the weekend. Have yet to receive a proposal (Two Days late). Wedding is in 25 days! They are very brief on the phone and offer no empathy despite this short time frame
They supposedly have a great reputation in Fort Worth and I am sure that their work is good! HOWEVER, with limited Customer Service-​they have been a nightmare to work with. They will not follow up and lack the professionalism needed in order to plan a wedding.

Just had flowers delivered to my Mom by Flowers on the Square… my mom just called in happy tears… «those were the most beautiful flowers I have ever received in my life» Way to go Flowers on the Square! You have my business for life!
