I normally like this place but today I waited in line behind three or four people that took over twenty minutes to order for many orders. When I left there was still only one girl on one register and no manager helping! Not a great experience!

Pretty fast service so it is a good place to go for lunch during the work day. Queso leaves a lot to be desired. Food was just ok.

Came to fuzzys for a late night dinner after moving ALL day back to the Fort Worth area and we get there and the girl at the counter is being short and rude and I don’t get why. Fast forward to getting our food, every single thing is cold, the tacos, the queso. Was quite gross. I bit my lip, was starving. Then this guy starts banging stuff against our table and we are trying to figure out what’s going on, there’s still people in there, but according to Google, and Unilocal they are open for another hour. So I check fuzzys website and it says it closes at 9. Now the girl at the counter could have told us they were closing in 5 mins when we ordered, I would have been fine with that. My bf drinks water while he eats then gets soda, all the plastic is taken off the soda machines(still other guests in the restaurant) Point is I wouldn’t have cared to eat somewhere else(one hot meal would have been nice today) all she had to do is tell us they were about to close instead of being rude. This location just lost my business, I will go on down the road past 820 to the other fuzzys from here on out even though this one is close by.

Great food all the way around. Shredded chicken salad is very good. Baja tacos are very tasty along with breakfast tacos. One disappointment that I have is most of the Fuzzy’s I go into there appears to be a lack of cleanliness in the restaurants. I know it’s suppose to be a rustic atmosphere but dirty floors and food scraps are a breeding ground for things that make customers go

I love fuzzy’s tacos usually but this locations is always disappointing. I went to this locations yesterday with my boyfriend and two year old daughter. We ordered a kids meal beef taco with rice and black beans, three shrimp tacos, one fish taco, and steak fajita nachos. The shrimp tacos had 3 pieces of shrimp each absolutely no feta cheese and where cold. My boyfriend had the fish taco which had no feta, was mostly lettuce, and was under cooked. Later that night he became violently ill. The doctor said it was food poisoning. We took the nachos back and didn’t order anymore because they had 3 pieces of fajita meat literally, no topping that they usually come with, no feta cheese, and very little queso they looked old. Fuzzy’s offered to make us more(the manager was very rude) but by that point we were so disgusted with the food we just wanted to leave. A report was made to the health department after it was determined my boyfriend had food poisoning. I love the other fuzzy’s locations but I will never eat at the race street location again!

I come here almost every time I go to Ft. Worth. Food is always good, but I’ve learned to order my cilantro and tomatoes on the side. Otherwise, your gonna get a while tomato and half a bushel of Mexican green leaves stuck in your teeth. The shrimp baja and the chicken taco with extra feta cheese is the way to go, and wash it all down with an ice cold beer. I wish we had one of these down here in Houston.

Every time I go to any Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, I always leave satisfied. Good service, good food, and a good atmosphere is all you can ask for, and they deliver. Where I work in Ft. Worth, there aren’t a lot of eating options close by. Since this was on the day after Thanksgiving, and work was a little slow, I decided to venture out a little further in search of lunch. I’ve been to this particular location a couple of times before, but not too much because of the distance. It’s located on what seems to be a nice street… a lot of new apartments and a couple of bars. There’s ample parking in the back, but I always park right on the street on the other side. During the day there is a lot of room, but I bet it may get crowded at night. This particular location has ample room, and a lot of nice sized televisions to watch your favorite team play. The atmosphere is very laid back and casual. It seems like a great location to catch a game. The few times that I’ve been here, the service has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they’re really prompt with making your order… a lot quicker than I would expect! On this day I got the grilled shrimp burrito and some chips and guac to go a long with it. The name says jumbo burrito, but they really not that huge. Don’t get me wrong, they’re big, but not as big as Chipotle’s burritos so the name may be misleading. The burrito was on point. There were plenty of shrimp, and the garlic sauce was great. The only complaint that I have about their burritos is the tortilla itself. The edges of the burrito on each end are real hard. That’s happened each time that I’ve gotten one there, but once you get past it, the rest is all good. The guac is decent. not the best that I’ve ever had, but good. They use a lot of cilantro, and put a extra spoonful of pico on top to finish it off. Good stuff! If you’re ever on this side of town and need a place to eat or need a spot to grab a beverage and watch a game, this Fuzzy’s is a great option!

Don’t come here after nine unless you enjoy eating crap. horrible service, cold food, and did I mention Horrible service! Crappy. Crappy. Crappy. I’ll never venture back here again. Horrible food. I think I’m sick already. Horrible. Just terrible. Just freakin terrible! Crap tacos should be their name. Just avoid race street. Had better luck at other locations. Worst experience ever at fuzzys off race though. Crap absolute crap. nasty sick disgusting dhitty food

The local taco trucks, Yucatan Taco Stand, and Chipotle have taken the steam out of Fuzzy’s. Tacos, salads, and burritos are passable. Great queso though, and the beer drinkers seem to go ape-S over their schooners. Props for their $ 7.95 fajitas, which include cheese AND guacamole AND sour cream. Other restaurants require your first-born if you want anything besides meat and onions.

I’ve been eating Fuzzy’s since it first started while I was student at TCU, this place has its own character and is a favorite of mine. Try the tempura fish DVD shrimp and well the queso is Amazing too. If they sold that in a can I’d buy it.

I like this Fuzzy’s because it’s off the beaten path– never too crowded. It’s also in a dodgey neighborhood so I’d never go here alone at night! The staff is always helpful and friendly and the patio is clean. They also have a allergens menu for you to look at if need be. I love the grilled shrimp salad from Fuzzy’s so I frequent these places :) Nom.

The front door reads, «welcome to your new addiction.» They were right, I’ve definitely found my new addiction. The crawfish tacos are one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. They are light, crispy, and packed with flavor. The queso here is liquid crack, you seriously can’t stop eating it. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe, it’s the type of place you want to bring a group of friends to hangout and catch up over beers and delicious food.

Fuzzy’s is always very consistent, reasonable good food, they were quick. The special beef tacos are a bit different as they have feta cheese and garlic sauce in addition to the regular fixings. Overall quite filling, give them a try.

Still on the search for some awesome tacos… Fuzzys was next on my list. Looking at the menu, I found the price reasonable. I ordered a taco plate. This was my first time here so I figured the best place to start was with tacos. it came with 2 tacos and 2 sides. I ordered a shredded beef taco and a crispy taco. I also got a margarita(mmmm) on the rocks with salt. For my sides I order rice and their beans. It took about 10 minutes for them to call our number. when I got my order everything was correct but for the beef taco(they gave me ground beef). The ground beef had a toffuy texture, more toffuy than beefy(not my cup of tea when it comes to mexican food), the fish taco was a bit better although I found it to be a bit skimpy on the fish. One thing I find weird was the tacos were topped off with«feta» cheese!!! isnt feta a greek cheese? the rice was good and the beans were nothing particularly special. All in all, the atmosphere was cute, although I found the price to be reasonable I found it over priced for the kind and quality of food. I wasnt too fond of the taste and texture of the ground beef taco and the feta cheese didnt exactly add anything«taste bud pazzazing» to the tacos… But I guess they wanted to make their tacos stand out… I dont think I would go back. They are friendly and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. As for the food… Dont expect to blown away… Was recommended by lots of people so I guess my hopes where too high. Hope this helps :)happy eating

Mmmmm, best Mexican(or Tex-Mex, whatever) I’ve ever had. Chicken and pork nachos are AMAZING with that signature white queso of theirs and onions and cilantro and stuff. Huge portions and affordable prices, too.

Love this place. Food is great. Fast and fresh. The Queso(Cheese Dip) is the best ever. Shrimp taco’s and Chicken Burritos are the best. I used to go there for lunch when I worked by there. Probably have eaten there about 20 times and every time it was awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

If you say you open at 9:15 then open at that time! We had 10 people waiting and the doors were still closed. So we decided to take our empty stomachs on over to Ihop. I don’t know when the next time I will be here but if I do this place better be open on time! That’s strike one… sorry i did not have my starbucks!

This is a good local pick for a decent taco. Not anywherenear authentic but good. The choices of meat are good, the cheese is Mexican cheese by the way, not feta and you have a choice of crispy or soft tortillas. We really enjoy the crispy fish tacos(soft shell for me crispy shell for my friend please). Take a a scooner of cold Shiner on the patio and Saturday afternoon just glides by.

Good(if a bit greasy) food in a loud, full of «character» bar-ish restaurant. Nice staff with some good choices on the menu. Blacks beans weren’t really edible, but the fajitas I got were yummy. Don’t go here expecting something extra special, but a fun place to stop in with friends for a quick decent taco, burrito or fajita.

3 syllables: feta cheese Would this be considered fusion food? The tacos were good(I had the carnitas-PORK-to the layperson) but the addition of a tangy/bitter Greek cheese(which I didn’t notice on the product description right above my head) was more than a little off-putting. I brushed what I could off the taco, but the damage was done. The hot sauce was decent but not very hot, you have to ask for the hot stuff from the kitchen. Not bad, but Meh, I’ve experienced better.
