I hate going to stores because whenever approached by a sales associate, you can tell when they’re trying to sell you something that is really expensive which is usually something you don’t want anyway. I have never had that experience here. This place is like any other Gamestop that I’ve ever been in which isn’t bad. However their manager Dustin makes this place shine. He doesn’t try to upsale you or get you to buy items that you don’t want. He actually tries to tell you about things to get you, the consumer, a cheaper and better deal. For example, sometimes I bring in games to trade in and he tells me that if applied to certain titles, you get more for trading it in. I’m usually going in to buy it anyway. Also whenever he suggests something and I don’t want it, he doesn’t try to push it or sell you something else you don’t want. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of different game genres and systems. I’m so glad I live so close to this location!!!

Just another frequent gamer taking a browse on the weekend. The nice thing about Gamestop is their ubiquity and availability of product. There’s a nice price range for various budgets, and taking advantage of the membership offers usually pays off in the long-run. You won’t always see a big return on buying new and selling old through them, but play it smart and they can help you game cheaply(unless you’re impatient and always need the latest games and hardware NOW). You can chat with the staff, and they’ll listen and talk shop with you(though usually with an eye towards gearing their offers towards your particular tastes;) Overall, between shopping at GameStops across two states, I’ve been very impressed with their product offerings and service(and I’m actually excited about their acquisition of Kongregate Games online). They have a strong market share for a good reason. Thanks to Dustin who was on shift at the time. Sidenote: If you’re on University near the I-30 on ramp, take a look at SmashBurger’s sign. Look familiar?
