What a fabulous experience! We took a sunset flight and loved it! All the volunteers were so friendly and accommodating! Once in the air you can walk up to the cockpit and take photos out the windows– if you enjoy WWII aircraft this is a must do! The aircraft are very expensive to maintain and this group of volunteers are very dedicated– we will definitely fly with them again

This is an Awesome experience! It is a must do in Fort Worth! The flight is much quieter than you would imagine and not nearly as cold as we expected. The flight lasts about 25 – 30 minutes and offers great views of downtown Fort Worth. Inside the aircraft they have the radio operators station and navigators station still set up so you can see what it would have been like. There is also a functioning camera tube to look through to see a view from under the belly of the plane. My family has a new Christmas tradition and yours should too! This will be unforgettable!!!

So cool! I am not sure why this doesn’t have any reviews! I got this with a Groupon for my boyfriend’s Christmas present. He is a big World Wars aircraft fanatic, and I am just a big history buff. The volunteers were all very friendly, and most of them had a serious sense of humor(see what I did there?). The night time flight, seeing the lights of Fort Worth from above, was SO amazing! Once the plane is leveled out in the air, they let you walk around the cabin, look out all the windows, take as many pics as you want(flash free until you land). They give you headphones to muffle the noise(which was WAY less noise than I expected). Also, they tell you to dress for the outdoor weather, as there is no heat or a/c on this old plane(duh). We went in 43 degree winter weather, and I was unzipping my coat at one point. It was not as cold as I expected. Overall, the flight was amazing. Bottom line, we got a killer deal via Groupon, but I would have paid full price. Fantastic!!! I really appreciate a non profit that takes so many pains to ensure our history. If anyone is anywhere near Dallas, DOTHIS! Way to go! Hear hear!
