Love Katie there! I have been to numerous salons and my mom even does nails but because she lives so far I don’t go to her and this place definitely satisfy my needs. Perfect everytime.

Looking for a salon closer to my residence therefore thought I would give it a try. Great selection of polish however while looking I started to get antsy to leave, they had some horrible show on their television that was very loud. I noticed what I thought were no bowl liners therefore asked and they said we don’t have individual liners. That is a deal breaker for me. I will continue to go to my salon in North Richland Hills where it is quiet and peaceful.

Honestly you can find a better place to get your nails done. Horrible service! And after a few days your nails tend to look cheap looking. There’s plenty of nail salons in the Fort Worth area don’t go here. :)

Been coming here for over a year on a normal basis. I’m extra picky when it comes to my nails but I haven’t had any issues with this place. Would definitely recommend! They have a huge variety of polishes. They also serve wine for those of you who would want to have a drink and relax!

I had a bad experience the 1st time I went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried one more time– and it was worse than the 1st. They are VERY rude and don’t even ask if you want anything to drink or offer to cut your nails down both times I had to ask for them to do that. I would not recommend this place. Today I went to get my toe nails polished and it wasn’t done complete, she failed to do another coat. Not a friendly place and always bothered when you ask them to correct something — I DONOTRECOMMENDATALL

Last year I came here and the nail polish I chosen was super watered down. They tried to fix it and use a lamp to dry it but it was no use. As soon as I got home it had smudge on my clothes. Don’t… Go… Here. They’re polite but it’s a waste of your money.

Great pedicures for a great price place is clean and the ladies are sweet! I’m super picky when it comes to a pedicure since I’ve been to cosmotelogy school. And these girls don’t dissapoint nail polish selections not the hugest but I’ve never walked out unhappy at this place!

I recently had a well-deserved pedicure at Happy Nails that left me feeling very relaxed and appreciated as as a customer from start to finish. From the gracious reception from the manager and pedicurist/manicurist, to the actual service itself, to the movies playing on the flat screen televisions to the complimentary Fanzia wine, the experienced derived from my first nail salon in the Western Center area was quite memorable. I chose the Ultra pedicure, of which I had my feet placed in bags of hot wax after the initial scrub and rinse. I then had a wax-like substance rubbed on my feet, heels and up to my calves, which felt great. The final piece of the service was the nail polish, which was included within the Ultra. From here, I was directed to a table that had a hot lamp required to dry the polish faster. Altogether, it took about 45 minutes, yet was well worth it. Although the salon takes walk-ins, it is advisable to set an appointment in advance since this location is fairly busy.

TERRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would. I went in for a gel manicure and after starting to file they put my hands in what I though was warm water. Nope, instead of the typical mail wrapping they stuck my hands into a bowl of hot acetone. She seemed irritated when I asked about the foil wraps and had to make somebody go but the foil because they had none. She used her fingernails to scrape off a lot of the polish that should have soaked longer(taking nail with it). I did not stay to have polish put back on!

Very friendly and they did a great job, I’ve been to other nail salons in the area that were no good, and I’m glad I found somewhere near my job.

This Nail Salon is HORRIBLE! I was rudely rushed in picking out what i wanted even though the place was empty. Ladies barely said a word until one of their regulars walked in. They offered the woman wine while i was not even aware they offered beverages at the establishment. I guess they only offer extras to their rich customers. The technician doing my nails was rude and rough and sighed under her breath multiple times as if doing my nails was a problem. She tried to finish off my nails with only two coats of polish when you could still see streaks. When i asked for another coat she went off in a rant in Vietnamese to one of her coworkers. When she finished the job was still mediocre.. . i will NEVER go to this place again. I highly advise to pass this place up.

I have tried so many nail salons in Fort Worth, Happy Nails is the ONLY one I will go to. Like most salons in the DFW area there is, unfortunately, a layer of dust at each manicure station from the acryllic sanding that goes on there. There is also not a large selection of polish colors but the quality of the manicurists there overcomes these two shortcomings.
