I had my wedding photos custom framed here. I’m completely satisfied with the product. The frame is beautiful, the matte was cut perfectly, and they handled my wedding photos with care. I also enjoy chatting with the people who work there. It is true that they do not give you any wrapping to take it home so bring your own padding for the car ride home. The price was fair and the quality was great so support this local business and not the box stores!
I have gone back twice now for other frames and plan on returning for more custom jobs.

We used this place for what should have been a fairly simple shadowbox at my job. We needed a specialty jersey framed.
The frame was fairly large — about 4×3 feet. It was delivered to our reception area without any bubble wrap or protective packaging and by the time it was delivered up to my office it was already beaten up. Granted, this was partly due to being on the mail rack with other packages, but any frame of this size should have come protected. Common sense tells you something going to a corporate office is likely going to be handled by the mailroom.
Even worse was the framing job. The jersey was completely wrinkled and off-​center. Completely unprofessional framing job.
House of Frames took back the frame, but then refused to fix it or provide a credit.
There are far too many professional frame shops in the area to conduct business in this manner.
