Arrived. Seated, ordered, and waited for 15 minutes with no drink out even acknowledgement that I was there. Gathered my belongings and left. Unacceptable.

The only reason I come here for breakfast is because I’m too lazy to make my own and this is close to the house. Came late Sunday morning and they were fairly busy. We were seated immediately. Took 3 minutes to be greeted. Meal arrived 15 minutes after we ordered. The food was decent. Pancakes weren’t warm enough to melt the butter. Drinks were only refilled once and only after we asked.

Let me choke to death while waiting on a refill! Seriously my waitress has been to the table next to mine while my glass sits empty and my food gets ice cold. If you aren’t bringing anything else, bring my ticket so I can get out of here

Been coming here since 2000. Once a while but the service has and always been good. Food is always consistent and fresh

Our waitress was Lupita, she was attentive to our needs and always had a smile on her face. Seeing people enjoy their job and provide great service is always a good indication that I will return to the business.

This is the second IHOP I’ve been to tonight(sadly) where a greeter was unavailable. I sat there with David thinking, «Did we make the right choice coming all the way here?» The first IHOP we went to is actually on Ballpark Way and a bit nicer. After waiting about 10 minutes to place our names on their wait list, the host told me he could not(could NOT) provide any form of estimated wait time. Seeing the confused look on my face, a bystander told me she had been there over an hour waiting already. Who does that? This review is not for that location but I’ll say it didn’t improve it now that I’m writing in hindsight. A very nice server seated us after giving his table the option to pay him or pay at the door. They chose to pay him and at the door so, after seeing us sitting there, it must have been natural to offer help. I kind of wish he had been our server, sometimes extra care makes up for mistakes. The extra care I saw was in the dead beetle he noticed on table he almost sat us at so he skipped that one and went to a new one. He also went and cleaned the table afterward. There were loud people on phones and arguing behind us but it was actually entertaining. She wasn’t the happiest mother though because she went on and on about how she can’t wait for school to come back in session to get her kids out of her hair. We had a kind waitress although she wasn’t the most attentive. Looking at her wrist, I noticed she and the others all wear these blue wristbands. I thought maybe the first guy had a thing for matchy-match IHOP blue but our server having one made me think it was either tattoo cover up or something required by uniform standard. It wasn’t until she delivered our food that I realized they were to help holding the hot plates all the way up their arms as they deliver to the tables. About the food, there’s nothing much to say… bacon was crispy goodness… smoked pork sausage as definitely not Eckrich… I asked for hash browns scattered but apparently here that means something different. Ambian became the reference of choice for the loud mother behind me so I had to stop for a minute to listen. My husband and actually resorted to texting each other about what we were hearing real-time. Hah! Finally about the time I was half finished, our server came back checking on us when I was able to ask for Dr Pepper refill and Cholula for my now cold eggs. I ordered them scrambled and they were moist but oddly milky. The pancakes were just as expected, unfortunately I forgot to ask for pre melted butter so I just dealt with the indented scoop of almost frozen butter. The only solution to this ball of uneven distribution is to ask for butter pre melter or slip it under your top pancake early on.

We like to drop in every once in a while to eat breakfast anytime. They also have some pretty edible non morning dishes. It can get odd at times since people come in from no telling where. They know how to move food. They are typically fresh served and hot.

This is your standard IHOP. Really good for breakfast food but was just OK for the non-breakfast items we ordered. We came after a movie about 8PM on a Friday. Some of us ordered breakfast and some of us ordered lunch. The pancakes were amazing and the hash browns cooked just right. The burger was very mediocre. I guess that’ll teach us to stray from the pancakes here. You can’t go wrong with those. I love that they brought us warm syrup for the pancakes also… so good! We will definitely be back… for breakfast food. It is nice that kids are free every evening too!

We just had an awesome experience here. Our server was Shawn and he handled our group of 20 extremely well. We had 11 special needs ladies and their group home staff, plus our family. By the end of dinner, he was calling them all by name, knew what they were drinking, and was unfailingly polite and respectful. Believe me this is not always the case when we go out. We will definitely be back!

Decided to stop here this morning on our way to the zoo so my kiddo could eat. We were sat down immediately and waited 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Upon waiting we went over the menu so when the waitress Tawanna came to get our drink order she took our food order as well. Well we waited and waited and people who came in after us began getting their food before us. So the waitress comes to tell us we lost your food order but we are getting it together right now. The manager name is Arturo and we have been here for an hour! Horrible!!! We waited and waited. I’m typing this and we are still waiting. The manager is of no help. My child is fussy because like me he is hungry and wants his food. What horrible service. I don’t know the area or the city so I thought what could go wrong in IHOP. Well avoid this place unless you want to wait and wait and wait some more for food that may never get here. So we were waiting just about an hour and the manager finally came and apologized and the food came it was cold. Horrible!!!

Can’t go wrong with American breakfast food. Food was good, company was better. If you haven’t tried the stuffed strawberry French toast, try it! It’s my go to every time here. Has a very sweet filling and drizzled in strawberry sauce and compote. The wait was 15 min for 2 on a Friday morning. Walking to our table, idk why we even waited! There were empty tables throughout the place!

We had the big stack of strawberry pancakes, and they were dry and tasteless. The service was friendly, but running a bit slow. The eggs were fine but nothing special. We also had the spinach mushroom omelette, which was truly flavorful and the only quality item of the day. 10⁄271205. #309

this is prob the worst experience ive had at a ihop, and i normally go on drunken nights where its so loud and service is slow due to the overload of customers, but this is a sunday night and not even half the place was full. i posted pictures of the worst plates i got. the eggs should be titled heart attack eggs they were glistening with oil, not good and undercooked needed like 40more seconds. our service was pretty bad we had to asked the waiter serving the table next to us for service. yepp i NEVEREVER complain about food or service but this place made me. after letting our server know of our food status the manager took off the burnt hash browns and 2 $ off our eggs. when really the meal should of been comped, its not even about the money we gladly paid for the entire meal. its just the quality of food, i get that im at ihop and its not a 5 star restaurant, have some standards. i will not be back here.

I hop… Great for breakfast anytime of the day. That is all I very do here. This is a good location clean. Most of the time the service is good. We have had wait staff that are not very attentive for my taste. The food is good the omelets are great the pancakes taste great. But sometimes the pancakes are not hot enough and you may need to send them back. This happens. But over all I hop is ok. I would prefer to go to other places for breakfast first. But with a coupon I will go here on occasions.

Terrific service at this location.(Morning around 11AM). From the hostess to the server, everyone was very helpful and courteous.(The hostess kept telling us that we should come back every week. LOL) Food is typical IHOP, but I have to say the the poached eggs and New York Style Cheesecake Pancakes were pretty tasty. I just dislike the cost($ 20.00 for breakfast — two people. And that was with us getting only water for our drinks.) But overall a great dining experience.
