Everyone knows what to expect from Jack In The Box, so my review is for the location rather on the restaurant as a chain. I lived by this location for a decade and can safely say the comments below aren’t representative of a single occasion, but they were so constant I always drove to the Euless Main St location on 183 if I wanted a burger from here and it was late, I would never even check if this location was open. Don’t let the open sign or the lights on fool you. I have been to the restaurant at least 5 times when they’re closed, and the open sign was ALWAYS on. If it’s after midnight it’s a safe bet they’re closed. One time I was in line at midnight, they took the order of the car ahead of me and told me they were closed. I can understand turning me away if I had clearly just driven up but I rolled in immediately behind the other car. I then spent nearly 10 minutes complaining to the manager on duty that they never turn off their closed sign, the lights were nearly always on when they were closed, and how absurd it was to turn me away when I had been waiting at their establishment prior to close. I have never since, and will never go back to this location due to their night staff.

I know one of Jack’s advantages is the made to order food. However, it’s ridiculous when you have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. There’s really no point of fast food if you’re wasting half your time commuting. Other than that, this location has messed up a number of my orders. They’ve remodeled so now the interior looks nicer, but their crappy service still remain.

Dear Jack in the Crack… Please move to Colorado. I miss your burgers, curly fries, and shakes. Sincerely, K
