I visited this store and was treated so rudely! I have a James Avery charm bracelet with some non JA charms. The charms are meaningful to me and we’re all gifts from my kids and husband. She actually told me my bracelet was junk. I was mortified at how poorly I was treated. I took my business to the Southlake store where I was treated amazingly well. No matter how good the product is, bad service ruins it! There us never an excuse for rudeness!
