I was stuck between 3 and 4 stars… the employees were killed d of disappointing the first one wouldn’t acknowledge I was even there and when I asked the next one if they had drop spindles (which they sell online but I wasn’t sure if they sold at the store) i got a dumbfounded look and… uhhh what is that for??? Palm to for head ugh… nevermind…the store itself was pretty nice. Probably won’t go to this particular one again though

This is a decent place for art supplies or crafting materials. Lots of fabrics for those interested in making something.
Good location as well. Nice staff who are helpful.
Store is a bit old. This location used to be a MJDesigns and it looks like Jo-Anns moved in like a hermit crab and didn’t make many changes. Some of their price tags are wrong on the shelves as well, but not crazy levels of wrong. A couple bucks one way or the other. Not a deal breaker.
If you live in the area and have need of something these folks sell, give them a try. :)

Always have what I am looking for and always have good sales. The Iphone app has coupons as well. Only thing I don’t like is the line that is always there when you check out.

My girlfriend lost the piece that snapped to her pin at Target and we needed to get a replacement.
Off to Jo-Ann we went…
Going in, I knew we were looking for a difficult piece (if they even sold individual pin snaps at all).
Quickly we found a staff member quickly who told us where we could find this item at (jewelry department) and we looked there. No luck.
My girlfriend had another idea, she checked where the buttons were and to our surprise we found some snaps (well sort of). They looked like pins that you could add decorations to (metal base with a pin on it).
We get to the register and the cashier realizes that we picked up some pins that were suppose to have the decorations already on them (we assume someone else removed them). So she gave us a discount for the item.
Anyhow, the pins worked and my girlfriend can enjoy wearing her pin again.

Great store, found what i wanted quickly. They carry a good supply of seasonal things. Plus there is a dollar section near the registers that has a lot of cute items including Hello Kitty.
