Joe did our brick façade above the front of the garage in July 2011. It is now Oct. 2012 and is falling apart. It could fall & hurt somebody or fall on a car. We have been calling him to repair it since Aug 2012. He said he guarantied his work for 10 years and has done many of these type of jobs with success. He has not returned calls, emails and when we do catch him he says he will go & see the house but he never does. He keeps on lying to us or makes an excuse why he didn’t go to the house to see it. I would not hire him again. It only makes you more angry and costs you time.
A frustrated homeowner
