I recently purchased a lovely Edwardian brooch from JunkerVal. We became fast friends. She was so fun! This shop has everything I love. Great jewelry, vintage clothing, unique items and most of all great sales people! Landon & Val were fabulous! JunkerVal will be my go-​to place for funky — finds from now on!

This quaint shop has become my «go to» spot for special unique gifts. Treasures abound at every glance. Do not forget to look up! I have filled my home with several exquisite antiques found here. Always something new and exciting… AND, at affordable prices! Val greets you and makes you feel so welcome, it is like visiting your favorite Aunt. Once you go, you will not be able to stay away. The shop is like heroin: You have to have your fix of Junker Val.

JunkerVal’s is a wonderfully eclectic and fun shop. The inventory is always changing and I haven’t walked in there a single time that I haven’t walked out with a treasure to adorn my home. Go often and spend some time looking around. If you are seeking something it’s probably there and if it’s not Val can probably find it. I also stalk their Facebook page to see what passes through the feed. There is always something new and wonderful. There is definitely something in this store for everyone from vintage to antiques. Stop and stay awhile. Chat with Val and say hello to Beckett the Wonder Dog. We will definitely continue to shop at this store and can’t wait to see what we will find there next!

To be fair, we visited Old Home Supply the day before and were impressed by their diverse selection and reasonable prices. Someone in the store suggested visiting Junkerval, so we were excited to see what this location had to offer. Maybe this raised our expectations too high…
I think «junk» is the best description for the items we saw. I’m sure items rotate in and out, but the quality of the items on display seemed pretty low. Some items were damaged, some were just junk you’d find in your grandma’s house (not the good, cool grandma stuff but the «why in the world did you keep this selection of pins from a 7 – 11 store campaign?» stuff).
Val said she’d sell anything, including her cash register and check out area. We weren’t interested but that’s a good attitude, I think. She continued to tell us she could give prices on anything but we never saw any items of interest.
Will I be back? Probably not. Will I be concerned about what I missed? Probably not.

Val is awesome and so is her shop dog!!! I found a great piece of primary colors Pyrex for a great price. Since then I haven’t found any Pyrex but it is fun to shop around and see things. She remembers local shoppers too which is pretty cool. She’s only open on the weekends though.

Val is such a character, and she knows her junk! Everything in this little rummage shop is for sale, and she has a little of everything. Last time I was here, I fell in love with a little white, beaded vintage bag and Val sold it to me for only five smackeroonies. Doll hairs. Washingtons. Five bucks for a lil bag that, when paired with some scuffed Keds and a polka dot dress, makes me feel like a million (or like my girl T-​Swizzle!).
My favorite thing in here is the back room, which is where you’ll find the vintage pillbox hats, silk scarves, sequined dresses and aforementioned little, beaded bags. Try on whatever, make some kissy faces at the mirror, dance along to the KXT (whaddup, local music?!) she plays on the radio, take some selfies. Make an outing of your trip to Junkerval.
Service is solid, which is good, since only Val is the one with the authority to name any numbers, and there are no price tags on the heaps of junk.
Make sure to give Beckett The Wonder Dog some well-​deserved head scratches when you stop by– he’s such a good pup, and Val clearly loves him so.

I recently moved to fort worth, but I am so in love with this junk shop! It isnt junk, it is treasure. This is such a gold mine for any costumer! The jewelry is amazing, and so fairly priced. They have so many interesting things, and cookies on sundays! The owner is so kind, she is always ready to assist you on your junk adventure. Cash only, but worth it!

i have found a lot of unique things from clothing to trinkets and household items i actually use. It is a great little shop with ever changing merchandise, everything is priced fairly and val has always been straight forward with me about what ever she has to sell. its cash only so either bring some or watch out for atms (there are a few close by to her store).

This is a cute antique store, and is sure to be loved by those that enjoy digging for finds. You will want to bring plenty of time with you as there is a ton of things to look through (lots of old costume jewelry, clothes and the like) and also be sure to bring cash as they do not except credit cards. I unfortunately didn’t know this fact, so I wasted my time and missed out on taking my found treasures home, as I had cash but was short by a few cents, alas! I understand the store being all about the antiques, but they may want to consider getting modern with the methods of payment accepted.

Junkerval’s is a great place to spend an afternoon. Valerie has some great and unique items in her shop. She is the sweetest lady and has a great knack for having treasures you just can’t resist. I always find at least one goodie i can’t live without! Something is sure to catch your eye. From the vintage clothes to furniture to costume jewelry to ephemera, Junkerval’s is the place to go.
