Great service I received fresh hot chicken very friendly staff. If I had to say one thing is the inside needs a bit repair our table had the lining coming off but nothing that affected the quality of our food good place

Shame on me, I should have followed the other reviews… I travel for a living and sometimes, I just want some KFC… Well this location needs to be re-​trained… My extra crispy check was like next day left overs… no crunch. Please get it right or get out, don’t ruin it for the rest of franchise owners!

I was hesitant to stop here after reading the other reviews on this particular location, but I decided to take the gamble anyway and I’m very glad I did.
This is by far the cleanest KFC I’ve ever been in. The service was amazing; the young man who took our order, Montrell, was very professional, courteous and helpful. We had to wait for our food but only because I had a very large order and he wanted to ensure my food was fresh. I’d much rather wait a few minutes than receive old food.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the ice machine on the soda fountain not working. They were more than happy to fill our cups with ice from the machine behind the counter so it wasn’t a huge issue. Having spent over 20 years managing quick service restaurants I know how difficult it can be getting vendors out to service equipment.
Someone on another review mentioned the facility being very cold — the temperature was comfortable in the dining room.
Overall this was a great experience, and I will definitely return here.

Awful service!!! Last 3 times, they have shorted me on chicken and sides. Complained to corporate and there seems to be little change at this location. Avoid!!!

customer service are bad, took long to give food. and i went in drive thur, it suppose to be fast. worker are bunch of kids that don’t take work serious.

I try not to review fast-​food chains, but I just wanted to say that the new grilled chicken is fantastic. And I applaud KFC for giving us healthier options. This location needs some help though. At lunch time, they were out of white meat and it was freezing inside the dining room. I don’t understand why KFC doesn’t move to the ketchup pumps instead of the individual packets. They have the best cole slaw ever and their biscuits are fantastic… especially with honey! Also, if you want a drink with your $ 3.99 grilled meal… you’ll pay another $ 1.50.
