Roaches and gunshots. Hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in — I wish Unilocal offered no stars. Not only did they not honor a travelocity price quote, but walking in the room, roaches crawled all over the walls. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it, but a regular sheet draped over what looked like a brown mattress. The«Wi-Fi» can’t load most email pages, much less be used for anything productive. Oh, and in the middle of the night, a man yelled in the courtyard at a lover who was cheating on him, threatening to break down the door. Gunshots rang out 20 minutes later. Not a peep from the staff, from police. Obviously quality of guests and their fidelity are not the hotel’s responsibility but this is the riff raff you may deal with if you decide to go the cheap route. I’m praying I didn’t get bed bugs. I would rather sleep in my rental car.

The staff is not courteous of sleeping guests. This place has bed bugs. If you prepay for certain amount of days and decide to leave early because of these bed bugs, they will NOT reimburse you and tell you they do NOT have bed bugs even after seeing them first had. Please read other reviews and do NOT stay here.
